Rob is a rockstar! He made sure every inch of my space was sprayed and taken care of. I just recently moved to the desert and I'm very afraid of bugs. I have tried two other places that were AWFUL! I should've made the switch sooner. Since I've started using Rob's services, I have not seen a one single bug. Rob is very professional, punctual, flexible on times, and SO NICE. We had been having pigeon troubles with our house because of our small balcony decoration ever since we moved in, and we should have taken care of it sooner. It was becoming a major health hazard with all the pigeon droppings on our driveway! Within a day of calling Rob to come out and look at our problem he arrived and walked us through the plan to get rid of the pigeons.
Once we signed with him he came out special on a Saturday morning to install all his equipment and clean up. He was finished in less than 4 hours! He cleaned up all the droppings so well it looked like they were never there. A few days later we noticed that the pigeons had found a new spot on our house to rest and continue their droppings. I immediately contacted Rob and he came out within a few days to put up more fencing and clean up the new mess they made.
He did not charge us for the new equipment or for the additional work done. We are very happy with all the work Rob did. His price was very reasonable! His hard work got the job done and I am so happy to report we do not have any more pigeon problems. Please contact Rob for all of your pigeon control needs and he will do a wonderful job!

We have been using Intrusion Pest Control for at least 19 years. Rob has always done a great job, and we refer him every chance we get. Rob is always on time, he is not chincy with his chemicals, he has always kept our pets safe, and never sprays anything we will consume (herbs, etc). I called Rob in Sept to see if he could give me a quote for pigeon control. He came and walked in the backyard and after few days he quoted me $275 for 3 eaves. I said okay thinking he saw the pigeon poop that was on the roof of the patio cover (marked with long red ribbon) which was our main concern. We marked it so he knows what needed to be screened. Rob came and put wire screens on the eaves that did not need to be screened which made our house look awful with wire screens sticking out in the front of the top of the roof, and he completely ignore the area where the pigeons problem.
I did not question him what needed to be screened knowing that he is the professional help and know what he was doing. He claimed he did not recognize that area as a problem on the initial inspection. We had no pigeon problems on the areas that he screened off, it was useless. He did not show me what he did that day but said he was all done and I later walked outside to see what he did and seen the area which we marked was not screened.
I later notified him to come back and fix the problem which we initially had but he was asking for additional cost of $100 which I think is unnecessary since he did not do the job correctly in the first place! I was not going to pay him extra again, since I paid him already for screens that was not needed at all. Not satisfied or happy at all with his service with this company!

The best bug guy out there, plain and simple. Rob is extremely professional and courteous. His prices are reasonable. He will also make a special trip to your property for any issues. I had some mice issues last year and he solved it quickly and it didn't cost me a lot. He's always reachable if you need anything. I highly recommend Intrusion!

Intrusion Pest Control is the best company I have hired in the 31 years I have lived in Vegas. Rob is very punctual and very friendly. He is very educated in his field. If I ever had questions about different insects and their characteristics he was always able to give me the information I was looking for. I can't say that I've ever had any bug problems that needed to be addressed because his service and the product he uses hasn't given bugs any opportunity to become an issue( because there are no bugs). He is very accommodating to my schedule and over the past 31 years I have moved three times and he has always managed to fit me in to his schedule.

Thank you so much! We have had amazing results. My wife and I have both been so impressed! Our house had many scorpions, black widows, crickets, earwigs, cockroaches, and others. We tried to do it on our own with the Home Depot spray, but it just wasn't keeping up. We called up Rob at Intrusion because a friend recommended him. He sprays every other month and we haven't seen any scorpions or cockroaches in our house since. A+ business and price!
