The lawn care company, while mowing our lawns, blew a very large pile of leaves from the neighbors yards into my yard. This was not an issue as I anticipated them stopping by later to remove the leaves. However, the next day the pile was still there and it was extremely windy. I called the Secretary of our HOA board, Sharon Lee, who contacted Andy Singleton, the association manager.

Literally within 10 minutes after Sharon contacted Andy, a truck and two men pulled up to the pile and picked up the leaves. It was an incredibly fast turnaround and they did a great job. I am very impressed with Andy's quick response in resolving the situation and appreciate Sharon's help as well!

After being president of our association for many years, We, the board voted to change management companies and go with IPM, we have been extremely pleased with the professionalism of IPM and its staff. Especially our property manager Susan Cocke she has brought our development from rags to riches. Susan is atop of all aspects of our development. I truly believe that due to her extraordinary work ethics she has brought our property values up and has turned Mills Creek into a wonderful place to live. Susan thank you for all the great things you do. Bernie McGlinchey
