This company did the 'seller's' obligatory inspection prior to our purchasing the house inspected. When we finally got a copy of the inspection report, one of the pages included showed a diagram of the house inspected and little notations of where signs of termite infestation were found. That was nice, but the address on that diagram was for another house and address! Requested the corrected diagram and it's been a full month and no joy. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't use a company who falsifies their reports-would you?

Paid $117.00 monthly fee for 3 months to have to go behind them and sweep away spider webs around the outside of my home. Recently bought a do it yourself bug spray from Lowes for less than $15 used it 2 months ago and have yet to see a return of spider webs. I would NEVER use them again and for the price they charge for a monthly spray I would NEVER recommend them to anyone either.

My experience with this company was great! Everything was smooth and easy. They took care of my house just a couple of days after I called. Rabbit was punctual, professional, and friendly. I can't say enough good things about these guys! 100% recommend

Matt has been so helpful and encouraging! Ever since I found bed bugs in my home, it has felt all-consuming, like I couldn't escape them and I couldn't even find them to attempt to get rid of them. Matt was incredibly thorough, informative, and encouraging. not to mention I slept soundly (with no bites!) for the first time in weeks, after just one treatment. Northwest had the best pricing, great availability on short-notice, and top-notch service.

My inspection was free, and all follow-up visits are included in the treatment cost, which was already much more affordable than some big-name companies had quoted me. I'll never go back to the other guys.

We have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company from the start. My husband met with the sales agent who sold us on the premier plan - treating fleas/mosquitos/ticks. We were told by our neighbors ticks were an issue so this was important to us for our dog. We signed the contract, paid the install fee $449.yikes, and committed to $109 a month to maintain the other services.

After a week of signing the contract, I called the company because no one had called me to schedule. They called me back on a Friday at 4:13pm. Unfortunately, I missed the call and called back Monday morning. The rep informed me that our area service man had already completed his route for the day and we could get on the schedule in tow weeks. what?!

I said this is a joke since we had signed the contract and it took me calling to schedule. I said I wasn't happy with that and could she help with a solution - she stated thats why she called friday - to get us on. Okay, 45 min before closing? Skip ahead to two weeks later our rep came out. He refused to preform the flea and tick treatment saying we didn't need it because we didnt have enough growth. Huh? the sales agent sold us on that service!

He was here maybe 11 whole minutes and gone. I called the office a couple days later explaining what happened, and that we were infested with ants after service. They said they couldn't get anyone out for a week! Again, I said that really is not good enough. Had the services been preformed wouldn't have had to call back. Fast forward again to us moving out of state and reaching out to cancel, and they say we have a balance of almost $300 for services rendered - huh? Also, we have already paid for this month and they can't promise they will come this month. Really un-happy.

I never leave reviews, but just had to for this team! Gail was the first person I spoke with after an evening call needing quick service. She said that she would call me back first thing in the morning to schedule an inspection and 8:30am the next morning I was scheduled for a same day inspection. Nick was the inspector and he was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job explaining the situation and our options for treatments.

He was very thorough and professional. Next day we were called to schedule an appt for Tuesday. Matt was our treatment specialist today and he came on time and was extremely friendly and thorough with the process. He explained each step and answered every question I could throw his way. We were so impressed with how Northwest handled the situation for us that we immediately signed up for preventative quarterly treatment. Hands down would recommend to anyone!

My card was charged 315.00 dollars today for a service that I never signed up for. Yes, I've called customer service and am getting a refund in 3 to 5 days. I'm very disappointed that you all did this to me. I am only signed up for quarterly pest control. I was charged today for yearly termite treatment. I never authorized this charge.

Matt Ayers (one of the exterminators) is amazing and so thankful he can help us with all of our properties! Great communication, speedy service, reasonable rates. While we really have mostly interacted with Matt, we really love ease-of-use and contact with everyone at Northwest!

Everyone I've communicated with at Northwest has been very courteous and professional. In addition to protecting my house against termites, they sprayed for insects. It was a "green" spray and smelled wonderful.lemon grass, citronella and other green ingredients. They also encapsulated my crawl space. I could tell the evening they completed the job that the air temp throughout my house was consistent, my house felt "tighter, " and my A/C hardly cut on at all.
