After moving into our new house we started new pest control with Juniors. We had only seen a couple bugs at our new house but decided to start having it sprayed on a quarterly basis. The technician that came out seem to be in a hurry and only interested in talking. After the first visit from the technician we started seeing more bugs. Not dead or dying.
I called the office and explained this, she told me that we would have to pay $50 for them to come back out and respray because we were new customers. I understand I'm a new customer but I also paid for a service that isn't working properly. After telling her that she seemed to be perfectly okay that we wanted to cancel service, so we did.

Needed help with some unwanted critters in our house. They were very friendly from those doing the scheduling to the guy who sprayed the house. Had a scheduling conflict due to doctors appointment and they were more than happy to accommodate me with the issue. After dealing with other pest control companies in town, it's a breathe of fresh air to get great customer service. Will be signing up for the year long plan.
