Critical: Professionalism The company did well at first, and the service was great. But then the job took them longer than they thought and it got socialy weird. They gave me excuses and got defensive. They ended up running our debit card without our authorization and that was the final straw. I don't recommend them due to unprofessionalism. Services: Cockroach extermination, Spider extermination

I've used Lancealot for over 5 years now and have been very happy with their service. They do a great job keeping unwanted critters away and are always at my house when they say they will be. Ryan, the technician, is a great guy. Always nice to talk to, he's thorough and is always respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control service.

This company is awesome! Jill came out and took care of the termite problem I had. They scheduled an appointment and were on time. She explained what she was going to do and what to look out for if I had any issues in the future. She was very knowledgeable, informative and answered all my questions. This company is local (San Tan valley) and not a huge company that charges an arm and a leg. The fee was fair, affordable and came with a warranty. I'd definitely use them again and would highly recommend "Lancealot pest treatment" to anyone.

After having this gentleman to our home for a spider issue we were having it was as though the spray worked for about an hour while spiders ran for the hills. A week later my wife and I killed 4 recluses in the hole on the same day so we called. After arriving the once gentleman acted as an adolescent teen that was never told their wrong before! Whining about having to come back for free and stating it's impossible there's this many spiders still.
As though we want our property recovered in poison . After about 20 min of pouting I was completely fed up with his demeanor and out right ridiculous behavior. I hope this helps. Small issue their probably great big ones though, find a professional.

Lancealot Pest Management; www.lancealotpest.com, phone 480-219-0641 They give you a schedule, call the day before they come; are on time; have gotten rid of bugs that our previous vendor did not and they also do our termite contract. I cannot say enough about this company. They offer organic pest control or conventional methods. We are a customer and so are our neighbors. Our dog has not had any problems during or after treatment.
