Ledford's Termite & Pest Control was incorporated in 1975 in Charleston, South Carolina. Charles R. Ledford, affectionately known for years as "Big Foot" started the pest control business after retiring from Terminix. Charlie E. Ledford, his son and current president and CEO, worked with his father when he was with Terminix and also while in college after Ledford's Termite & Pest Control was formed.

Ledford's has provided termite and pest control for our home and property from the time of construction some time prior to our moving in. Our home is wood frame, and located in a relatively low-elevation, "damp" part of town. We have continued Ledford's service over the fourteen years we've lived in the house. We've had no significant pest problems, and just as importantly Ledford's has maintained attentive, consistent, responsive and thorough service throughout that period of time. Over this time we've come to appreciate more and more Ledford's dedication to this standard of service.

We switched to Ledfords for our quarterly pest control (standard CHS bug issues) after significant breakthrough bugs with our previous service. So far, so good! Will certainly update this review if we have significant problems. Sherrick did a nice job at our house. He was on time, quick, professional and targeted the areas I requested.

I live in an apartment complex and we started having issues with German Cockroaches a few weeks ago. Ledford's has been fantastic. Very flexible with scheduling, quick responses to my emails, and the gentlemen who have come to do the service are kind, professional, and do great work. And the treatments thankfully worked! From the moment I called to book an appointment to the day services were rendered I had a very pleasant experience with Ledford's Termite & Pest Control. Martez Morris was my technician and he was very professional and very thorough, as he sprayed every single room in my large home, the whole outside perimeter and my vehicle, unlike my last pest control guy. The technician was not only able to fit me in the same day, but he was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment.
