There is a problem at Little David Pest Control. I bought their service for a single 3-month period. They were here a few times in the first month of service; no call, text or email follow-up after that. To my shock and huge disgust, Little David Pest Control put another -- higher -- charge for another three months of service on my credit card two weeks ago -- without my knowledge or permission.
I did Not order a recurring service -- and emphasized that clearly a couple of times to the guy who took my call. It was my first time using Little David Pest Control; I had no intention of getting stuck in automatic renewal because I had No experience with them. Putting an automatic, repeat service charge on my credit card without my knowledge or permission is Fraud.
I wonder if this extremely unprofessional behavior is a byproduct of business during Covid. Not OK. Pay them cash. Don't use your credit card! The technician, however, did his job well.
