Live Oak Pest Control was started by Bob and Frances McGranahan in 1972. Back then there was only one truck and Bob McGranahan was the only service technician and salesman. In 1998, Daughter Melissa joined the family business. Today Live Oak Pest Control employs 40 individuals, has a fleet of 17 service trucks and provides pest control, lawn and termite services to thousands of customers in fourteen North Central Florida Counties. At Live Oak Pest Control we make customer service, safety and education our top priorities.

Appointment scheduler was not very knowledgeable about the products used and process of start up not very convincing so I went with Orkin.

Friendly service, fair prices. Schedules can be approximate so there might be a fair about of discrepancy between scheduled time and actual time which can result in some waiting at home during the work day. Not a huge deal and might be universal with pest control, I'm not sure. Most importantly, no bugs in my house when there used to be palmetto roaches on the regular!

Always a pleasure to have them come into our home. The techs are always mannerly and very professional. We have them spray our home every 2-3 years and we never see a bug. Love these folks.
