Our inspectors and fumigators are state licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board. We were introduced to McKernan through recommendations by our realtor's to do the pest inspection on our new home. They in turn did all the repairs associated with wood rot and termite damage on our deck. Those repairs led to a major add on to the deck and numerous other "projects".
We kept adding things because we were so pleased with the work they were doing. The McKernan crew - from the office staff to the field - were professional, friendly, and had a great work ethic.

Mckernan did do damage to my brand new civic so 2019 but they repaired and paid for their damages faster than any other company I've worked for they might have damaged my personal vehicle but they fixed it faster than you could imagine they're great highly recommended for a decent job. They work on anything from apartments to homes

I have used McKernan Inspection for many, many years and have always found them to profession and above all HONEST! As a Realtor, I use them to inspect my listings but I also use them to perform yearly inspections on my own home. McKernan Inspections is the only pest control company I would ever think of using
