We had a real mess on our hands. Out rental in Breck had a critter in the attic. Brandon the tech was on it and got out first thing on a Monday morning after we had short term renter messaging us about crazy sounds the day before in the attic. It ended up being a raccoon and Brandon caught the little guy humanly. Brandon has also patched up holes for us before from woodpeckers. Great company. Thank you to all that helped us.

We had a bat in our home at 9pm on a Tuesday and were very concerned about what to do. Greg was so kind to give us the time and attention we needed to remove the bat from our home in a safe and effective manner. I hope you have better luck contacting this company! We are limited here with our options; I've used Orkin for years, but am tired of the revolving door of technicians. So, I called the competition. Three times. Three messages. I guess they are so busy they don't need my business. Disappointed.

I called them to inquire about service. I never agreed to having them come out and treat anything. I never signed anything or even saw any kind of invoice on what they supposedly did. They never came out, but still decided to send me a bill. Of course, I called twice to tell them and was told they would take care of it. Then I get a letter from a collections agency.

They are frauds. I'm sure they bill people randomly hoping people will pay just to get them to go away. I'm reporting them to the BBB and will be taking legal action, including reporting them to the CDA.

Mountain Pest Control has protected my home in Vail for over 20 years. George, our technician has never failed to respond swiftly and expertly to any call or service need, though I will say the property is managed so well, our needs have always been minimal. I give MPC access to my home, without concern; that kind of reliability can be hard to come by. They rate 15 on a scale of 1-10 in my books.

The Mountain Pest Control technicians came out to spray for bugs and check for rodents. They were professional and took their time. They also gave me a discount for being a loyal customer. I was very pleased with their service!
