We provide residential and commercial pest and termite control. Services are guaranteed with service agreements. In addition to termite inspections and treatments, general household pest control, mosquito reduction services, fire ant treatments and wild life control are also available.

Our company offers a variety of different programs, each one tailored to fit your individual and specific needs. For a maintenance program where pest pressure is low, a Quarterly service (every three months) , is typically recommended.
When pest pressure or probability is high, a Monthly program is typically recommended. Both programs require a one-year service agreement and include any additional treatment as needed between regular services at no additional charge.
We also offer One-Time services which require no service agreement but provide no guarantee either. This service is typically reserved for customers who have a specific issue that they need addressed but do not need a regular maintenance program.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I have been using Mr. Bugg's Pest Control and lawn service for over 2 years. My grass is dead because of a grub infestation and was full of weeds all summer. It's hard to believe I paid someone to have the ugliest yard in the neighborhood and now will likely have to resod. Do not recommend.

Contracted with Mr. Buggs for termite inspection. First year they sent a bill. I inquired how they gained access to part of my property. Turns out they didn't. This they admitted. 3/5 of my stations were unchecked. Got tech out to finish the job. That went well. When I called to cancel my contact Stephanie, hung up on me. I hope my contact is canceled. I will never do business with thes people again!

I haave been using Mr. Buggs since they first started servicing the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area. i nevern looked back. The Rep, Ken is the best. Efficient, thoughtful, timely and personable. Besides my rental property at Fort Morgan, I have him service my home in Spanish Fort. I refer Mr. Buggs every chance I get and would not have anyone else.

We have had Mr. Buggs for a few months now (Dave O ) is our Tech. Not only has he gotten rid of the Bugs in our Apartment, He is professional as they come. ALWAYS asks how it is going, if we have had any problems, which we have not had. I heard of Mr. Buggs from the Richard Dixon Talk show 99.5 I am so glad i gave Mr. Buggs a call. Can't remember how long it has been (since it has been THAT long) Mr. Buggs has protected our house. Our tech is Ken, and now Harrison. Ken has always done a fantastic job, and been very knowledgeable with my many questions. I think over many years there has only been two times I have had to call for service between the regular scheduled visits, and both times he responded quickly. I highly recommend Ken and this company to any one who asks. We also trust him with our termite inspection and termite insurance policy on our home.

I have used Mr. Buggs for over 15 years. For most of that time, our family has had one technician who quarterly services our home. He is always on time, thorough and professional. But more than that, his friendly, knowledgeable and goes our his way to answer any questions, talk to my kids about their day and what they are doing in school, and shows a genuine appreciation for us as clients.
At this point, he really feels like he is part of our family. In fact, when we moved, we specifically requested him to continue to service our house. But on the few occasions when he hasn't been able to service our home, the other techs the company has sent have been wonderful. The fact that this company employs such a great people and keeps them for so long is a testament to how well they run their company and the level of service they provide.
If you looking a company to do pest control, lawn care (a service which we also use), termite inspection (we will add this to our bundle next year) or mosquito control - I couldn't recommend a better business.

Formosan termites ate on my little house for 2 days. I didn't have Mr Biggs at that time, but they came and fixed the problem and haven't had any bugs since. Also, Terminix had my bond at my other house and I had to switch because all they did was take my money. If you're fortunate enough to get Mr Ken to do your work for you then you're really lucky. What an exemplary individual to represent their company.

If you are looking for a trustworthy pest control company then you need to call Mitch at Mr. Buggs Pest Control. They are not sales people, they provide you with the service you need and will not try and sell you anything you don't. I had a friend with a termite issue on a Sat. afternoon I called Mitch and he advised on what needed to be done and offered to come out his self if he need to. This is just a stand up company with AMAZING people that work there. I highly recommend Mr. Buggs and know that you will not be disappointed.
