An outside treatment that includes a 10-15 foot barrier around the house. This will include treatment around all windows and doors. This treatment is designed to use less residual products inside the house by stopping the insects before they enter. If a problem should arise inside, we will specifically target the problem at no additional charge. We're invested in our customers, in our environment and in safety; and we know lawn maintenance is important to many of our customers, too. You can be certain that your pets, children, lawn and environment won't be affected by products.

Oak Hills Pest Control was established in 1977 in a tiny office on Main Street of Boerne. My dad, Wes Evans had a vision of owning and operating a successful pest control company, and along with my mom, Paula, they worked hard to build it into the company it is today. Their belief was customer service is of the highest importance.

Two weeks ago we were treated for carpenter ants. The young man came and did his job and left. This last Monday I saw a few more carpenter ants and called for them to schedule to send someone out. Today arrives. They send out another young man by the name of Colin, and let me tell you that Colin is super professional and extremely knowledgeable! He took the time to talk to us about what was going on with the ants (and the termites, we learned) and walk us through the process of what he was doing and the products he was using.
His outgoing and easy manner made him a pleasure to be around. We will be using him again in the future! If you need pest control work done, Colin at Oak Hills is definitely and highly recommended!

I called Oak Hills today to get some pricing information. The woman I spoke to was very short with me, and came off rude. She would not give me pricing information, which I can understand (it's more beneficial get the appointment and then talk prices), but the way she spoke to me was unnecessary. I hope they improve on this.

Been with this company for awhile. Technicians always seem friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My problem is with the office staff. Appointments are scheduled and confirmed- then no one shows up. When I called to ask about this, I was told my appointment was rescheduled for another day. No one communicated or notified me of the change. This may not be an issue for most people but since I have outside dogs I need to be made aware of a change.
I explained that I lock my dogs inside on scheduled days so please inform me when rescheduled. After the third time of this happening, I have decided to go with another company.

I am perplexed by the negative reviews. I have been with Oak Hills for well over 10 years and have had nothing but great service. They helped me with an emergency tarantula situation and even when a mouse decided my Mercedes was his luxury condo! My techs are always great and go out of their way to do a great job on my house and outbuildings.

I was using them for 3 years, my parents told me they were not showing up to appointments at their property. I called and spoke with phone representative over the matter and she refused to talk about it. I then went and looked on my cameras at the last time they were supposed to come to my home the tech walked up to my door knocked on it went back to his truck and walked back up to my door left a service invoice then left. I am looking for a new company currently.

So impressed with Oak Hills Pest Control! Their prices are so reasonable and the service is excellent. They show up on time and do a great job at both our home and our business, inside and out. The exterminator who gave us the initial estimate and serviced our properties is just the best - knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough.
