With housing developments pushing further and further out into the country we often find ourselves face to face with the problems associated with wild animals. On occasion these animals become a nuisance or even a safety concern for our children and pets.
Fumigation can take place while you're in-between moves and while all your belongings are in the moving van. Simply drop off your moving van in our secure off-street parking area and we'll perform the fumigation right inside the moving van. Or, we can come to your site. It's your choice! This is a large wooden statue located in a local park that was in danger of being damaged beyond repair due to pest damage. By fumigating items when they're shipped, it stops any pests from being transported to or from other states or countries.

They've been spraying my apartment for 3 years and haven't made a big of difference but apparently Income Property Management doesn't care and they're who pays them. The threw my broom, mop and vacuum from my kitchen to my bedroom and broke my vacuum cleaner. They keep showing up despite me not receiving a 72 hour notice. Today one showed up, no notice and knocked on my door.

She was on a personal call on her cell phone and ignored my asking her to identify herself, despite me bellowing at her in my best drill instructor voice for over a minute, WHILE TRYING TO UNLOCK MY DOOR. Last time they were here they left my front door unlocked when they left. My apartment opens directly to a very busy foot trafficked sidewalk and extremely busy street. IMPS response was, "we'll tell them to lock up when they're done". Totally unprofessional. My lawyer has been informed.

The person has been here 4 times to the apt complex, she was here 3 min, very unprofessional, rude, complete difsregard for the issue being dealt with. I'm highly unsatisfied of the outcome.

We had an unknown large wasp nest so I called and scheduled Paramount to come out and locate it and take care of it. I was able to get an appointment for a few days later and the team that arrived was friendly and was able to locate and eradicate the nest and wasps. Paramount also set up a few traps so when they came back again they could confirm the problem was resolved. Great communication and excellent customer service!

Unprofessional. Difficult to deal with. Cancel appointments at the last minute. Talk down to you. Don't apologize for not returning calls. Poor communicators. Rude. There are other pest control companies. Save yourself the headache and don't use Paramount. The technicians, owner, and receptionist will all treat you like you don't matter.

Back on Sept 26 - One of the drivers for Paramount Pest Control Inc, Michael Patrick Low felt like I was not driving fast enough (speed limit 35) for him on Lombard, so when he had the chance he swerved around my car and then dodged back to hit/swipe my car and actually hit it. After realizing he hit my car with my daughter in it, he took off across 2 lanes of traffic to jump on the freeway and take off.

I followed long enough to call the police and he eventually stopped. Which unfortunately, kept him from being arrested for hit and run. NOW his company, insurance and him are lying and saying nothing happened and that they have no damage. Don't trust these people.! Dangerous on the road, who knows what they do with access to your home if your not around. The truth is mightier than your lies.

If you have an infestation that requires fumigation, this is your go-to place. The customer service was outstanding and they did everything and more to solve our problem.

I have been a client of Paramount for years getting service on a quarterly basis. We are due for our next service in about 3 weeks but about 4 weeks ago, I noticed quite a few spiders inside the house. I contacted Paramount and was told a technician would call back to schedule with me. No call. I called again the next week and this time the technician did call back and scheduled to come the following morning. Great, until he did not show up.

The next week, I contacted the office, explained the situation(again) and was told the office staff would see what happened and call me back. No call. So this morning, I called again, asked for a manager. Was told by the manager that my next service wasn't for a few weeks, so the tech wouldn't have had my info in order to call. In addition, she indicated that they always notate when a client called and the only notation in their system was my call yesterday so I must be lying about the previous calls, right?.

Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or miscommunication(if in fact that's what happened). They are certainly less expensive than others, but I think I would prefer to pay a little more than deal with below standard service
