Pestmaster Services began with the mission to build a national pest control company that provides cutting-edge technologies in the control of insects, rodents, birds, weeds, and other pests. From our humble beginnings, Pestmaster Services has now expanded into 18 states, including D.C., and is serving globally with our first international location in Lebanon. Bob our tech spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of our home, attic to basement, and all our property outside. He then explained everything we have going on which of course included the flies and ants we knew about but also included scorpions and spiders we didn't know about because we don't see them. We are happy to know now what we didn't know before and appreciate Bob taking the time to teach us.
We went with the quarterly plan as Bob recommended, he explained he would not have to come monthly to control our situation. Lastly, for the other dog lovers out there Bob is very dog friendly ours took right to him.

We've had a service agreement with Pestmaster for nearly 6 years, and have regularly scheduled inspections and outdoor treatments. Always on time, and the products are effective and eco-friendly. This time, Joe came out to check on scratching sounds in the attic (which we decided were birds). He found a small gap where the stucco did not go all the way to the roof. He repaired this, and we have had no other issues. No charge for this service!

I have now been dealing with Pestmaster services for about a year and a half. Both Devin and Dylan are courteous, respectful and professional. My wife, having a degree in entomology, generally has questions for the pest control company to ensure they are meeting out needs. Pestmaster Services is the first pest control company that she has been satisfied with.
They use the right products, and will tailor the treatment to your wishes, as much as can be done. Our last treatment was a termite treatment. Going through a VA refinance, they required a treatment since we did not have the treatment receipt from the prior owner. Not only did they complete the work much faster than I anticipated (They did not cut corners), but they had the joy of dealing with the refinance representative that was asking for something generally not done in Virginia.
They took time out of their work day (probably about half a day total, maybe more) to talk with the rep and finally understand what she was asking for. For every interaction we have had with Pestmaster Services, we have nothing but good things to say. I know there have been some sub-par reviews in the past, but whatever Dylan and Devin are doing has definitely turned things around.
I felt like I was dealing with a family owned business that cares about their customers and not just looking to make a quick buck. I never thought that I would highly recommend any pest control company, but I can definitely say that I highly recommend them. Thank you for the help you have given to us over the past couple of years, and for the work you will provide when we have to PCS and have tenants here. Keep up the great work!

Pestmaster has always been a tremendous company for extermination services. Of late they have greatly improved their notification services by providing prior day texts and technician phone calls the day of service. Today's technician, Christine, was very helpful in answering my questions. She was very professional, thorough and quick. Thanks!

PestMaster was the only company willing to accommodate a Saturday service (Note; At no extra charge.!) when all tenants were home, of a 4-Plex owned by a client of mine. Three technicians showed up on time, surveyed the apartments that were previously noticed and prepared by the tenants (Clean all kitchen floors, walls, empty all cabinets, etc.) then developed a "plan" and immediately commenced treatment, spending a total of ~4 Hrs. total time (~1 Hr./Unit), and did an excellent job, evidenced by "Happy Tenants", and briefed tenants for a scheduled second treatment return in 2 Weeks.! Great job Christine & guys.!

I have been with Pestmasters for the last couple years with absolutely awesome service! I have no idea what this business is doing or who they are hiring but they are not providing the service their customers deserve! Two technicians and they wouldn't spray inside or outside my house like I usually get. They did $10 worth of work instead of $135.
I have bugs on my windows and in my house and I had to terminate my contract because I need a company that provides the service I deserve instead of trying to make their payroll. It's super sad that this company doesn't care about there customers anymore! Now it's going to cost me $$$$ to start all over with someone else! Do your homework and ask your friends who is their exterminator before you contract with someone. I found Pestmasters at the home show and a few companies I know uses them! I feel like they can't kept staff and I know why now they can't keep customers either.

When I initially selected this company the reviews were much better. We are stopping our service with them due to the lack of customer service. Given that the service is only a few times a year, I am completely perplexed why I would get a text THE DAY BEFORE stating that they would be coming. Seriously? We have a life and it means that a day's notice does not suffice.
When I called to reschedule, I was told that I would be called the next week to see what worked for us. No phone call. I got a text THE DAY BEFORE informing me that they would be coming. No phone call to see if it was convenient. When we called to say that we were terminating our association with them we were told that it would be a $200 charge for violating the year contract. We would have to have one more service call. Fine. They did the service call. Now they're fired.

I came to this page because I saw the 1 star rating and was really surprised. We have used Pestmaster's services for a while now (a year? Two? not sure), and they have done what they say they will do. We always get a call the day before they are coming out, so we have plenty of time to unlock our yard for them. We've had the same tech for the last few quarterly visits (Jillian), and she is pretty awesome. She's friendly and professional and we have no complaints.
We did have a billing issue when they switched over to the new system, but it was resolved quickly once we brought it to their attention. Their response time is great and I really like that when I call them, a human answers the phone.

Such a disappointment! I just waisted my entire Saturday waiting for a technician that never showed up. They initially told me that I would have a morning appointment, then when they called you give me a confirmation they said they only had a 4:15 available. Then she called back 10 minutes later to tell me they could schedule me between 8:30 and 9:30.
No one ever showed up today! This is the third time I've had to come out in less than a month and we still have ants everywhere in our home. I feel like I just wasted $160. To the Pestmaster rep that responded to my review. I haven't lived in Redding for quit some time. I tried updating my profile with fail. I am in Reno. I definatly have the correct buisness. How do you not see a problem with your tech no-showing a scheduled appointment? I hope for your sake that your business chooses to conduct itself better in the future.
