Yesterday I called Kendrick with Pointsource Pest Control and he responded immediately to my request. My wife was swarmed and attacked by an aggressive yellow jacket colony that somehow made its home 15 feet in the air above our back porch. It was nestled right in between the wood and the shingles of our home. When I called Kendrick and told him we wanted the hive gone immediately after my wife was stung multiple times, Kendrick came out the same-day and took care of the problem.
Not only that, but he took the time to spray a barrier around our entire home (4,200 sq ft), taking down multiple hornets nest along the way that we did not even know were there. Kendrick was fast, thorough, extremely professional, and had a genuine want to help and serve his clients. He did not come just to take care of one problem at hand, but he made sure that before he left he had done everything he could for us.
This kind of customer service is something that is no longer seen in today's society and because of that, we will be using him quarterly to secure our home. Having pets, children, family and friends over at our home, it is wonderful feeling knowing that our loved ones are safe.
