Very cordial, professional and on time. Came promptly when called. Originally concerned that I may have termite activity. They checked and found none, at that point I signed up for monitoring and service. Live next to the woods and would get various bugs inside the house. They treat around the house perimeter and I haven't seen any since. My wife has been happy ever since signing up.

This review is long overdue, but whenever anyone asks for recommendations for termite and pest control, I always recommend Pro-Tech. Last year when we were selling our home I had several companies come out to give me a quote. After getting a quote for THOUSANDS of dollars from a different company, I reached out to Pro-Tech. They were prompt, professional and HONEST. A simple, affordable, quick fix! I still appreciate it to this day. I will always call them first if I ever need termite/pest control in the future!
