Like most in Tulare County, we saw the ads for Tescom at the movies ( bye bye bugs) and when a load of wood mulch had us inundated with wood roaches we gave them a call. After seeing the effectiveness of the treatment we signed up for their regular service calls. Glad we did. No more roaches, or spiders. Price is right too. highly recommend.

My parents have been customers almost since its inception. I have them now for my own home almost 3 yrs now. They are amazing and I have had no issues working with them. They make your home safe for you and make sure your neighborhood bugs don't come knocking on your door. Great local business!

We just started using res com pest control last week and because we had some mice problem in our house. And my technician Jose did good job spray whole house inside and outside and put some mice trap in our house. Recommend anyone who look for affordable and good pest control service.

I love the fact that the guy that sprays my house knows my animals, knows my dad, and knows where the bigger problem areas are. Yeah he's just spraying bugs and it's not a real personal thing, but I love that the guy has made it that way and remembers the customers names and their animals names and knows how they behave.

Our ResCom Pest Control professional, Jose, always goes above and beyond to take care of our pest control needs but today he may have saved our lives. Really disappointed in them. The service was outstanding. That's not the problem. Problem is I lost my job due to not being an essential worker & they sent my bill to financial credit network for collection. That's real American of you guys Bravo! Yes my husband is still working thank god but going from 2 incomes to one has hit us HARD. I will always feed my children & my grand children over paying a pest control bill, I'm sorry guys.

Yes I'm 4 months behind but guess what, I always paid on time in the past & as soon as I either start working again or finally get my unemployment you greedy people would have gotten paid. So, today I'll take $85.41 out of my grocery money & hand it over to you to protect our credit. To the guys that come out and service our home, you are doing a magnificent job & we thank you. To whom ever made this decision, well all I can say nicely is, I hope you're never in our position!

This company comes to my house every month and only spray the front patio (which is very small). Nothing else. We are still getting pest in the house. I asked them to knock and I'll let them in the back to spray the whole house but they never got back to me and nothing changed. Do not recommend. Plus they don't come on the same date every month.

ResCom provides the best service around, hands down. Everyone is friendly and does their best to meet your needs. ResCom is the ONLY pest control service that is involved in the community. Look at any event sponsorships and their name is right there! That was the main reason I chose ResCom, not only because of their outstanding service, but because they show they care and give back to Tulare. Keep it up ResCom!

I've worked for this company and they ended up letting me go without a reason. All I can tell you guys is these guys are all about the money. They can care less if the customer is happy or not as long as they are getting paid. I've seen their true colors. When I worked for them, I would requested a day to go to my wife's baby Dr appointment or military training and you can see the anger in the owner.

The technicians I've know are great but the supervisor's and owners are a whole different story. I'm with another company know who treats their employees and customer's great, and glad I don't work for rescom anymore. One of the worst companies I've worked for.

First appointment the guy was 40 minutes late and they didn't get rid of the bugs. Second appointment was better, but the bugs didn't go away. Finally called to get some bait and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this business. Overall product and customer service were poor.

4 of 5 only because I wish they'd treat the lawn too. (I'm probably a dreamer) not from around here originally and after 10 years I STILL wanna throw up every time I see the cockroaches on sidewalks around here. RANDY has been handling all my pest concerns for a few years. He's GREAT! Any critters or bugs I find, I just tell him when he calls & he handles it like a champ.

Even issues caused by less than conscientious neighbors. He ALWAYS calls the day before he comes to treat (as I asked) and is in general a nice guy. Courteous, efficient and prompt professional! Rescom will take good care of you! I highly recommend you ask for Randy!

Rea-com is great about making sure we have no pest problems. They also call night before to alert me they are coming out and when they arrive they always knock in order to not wake in little ones sleeping and to allow me to relocate my rabbit so he doesn't get poisoned! Will use them always!
