Matt was timely, professional and knowledgeable during the extermination and treatment of an exposed wasp nest that sat about 25 feet high on my roofline. He listened to specific concerns that I had about the effected area and tackled them to the best of his ability. He explained the benefits of the company's bee barrier service but was not at all pushy about closing a deal on it, which I greatly appreciated as I prefer to commit to things on my own time.

The price was fair and scheduling/payment were simple and easy. The office/customer service staff were very pleasant to deal with over the phone during the initial scheduling and final payment processes. I would reccomend this company and will absolutely consider them for future pest control needs that require a professional touch.

I am extremely impressed with the personal, professional service I received from every single person I worked with at Richland regarding Bee Barrier services (which deters bees from trying to enter my home without harming them). From Casey and Mikayla who I dealt with briefly when calling, to Kim who provided very thorough, knowledgeable answers to all my questions before making my decision, to James and Will who actually did the work. Amazing! James especially was extremely patient, knowledgeable and respectful while on site giving us a great peace of mind that we made the right decision.

And today I spoke with Joni to clarify some confusing billing information on my customer portal, another very positive experience. I did quite a bit of research online before making my decision and I was impressed by the family ownership and longevity of the company right off the bat. I will be sure to use your company again in the future and recommend you highly to others.

Donald was very professional. Arrived within scheduled time frame and called ahead to alert he was on his way. Was attentive to requests of what areas to apply the preventative spray. Richland Pest & Bee Control does great work year after year!

The entire experience from first call to application of treatments is entirely professional, friendly, and effective. First used them about 2 years ago for a major bee problem. They prepared me for what to expect following the treatment and what they said basically happened. Signed up for preventative maintenance for the following year and it was the first time in 18 years of being in our house that we had ZERO issues with bees or ants or spiders.

We live in a heavily wooded area next to wetlands and have seen it all. They just came out today for our annual service. Donald Aliff was our service tech and he called us prior to arrival, rang the doorbell and introduced himself when he arrived, and took a walk around the house with me so I could point out some areas that might need some extra attention. He was quick and efficient and friendly. I should have done this 18 years ago. It would have saved me so much frustration! Would highly recommend!

I had Richland do my annual service for ants and other insects. They were prompt and professional and took care of all of my pests.

Joseph is fantastic! He came to our property with the perfect blend of professionalism and enthusiasm that I was looking for in an exterminator. He was very attentive, and listened to everything I mentioned. When they returned, he again showed up with the enthusiasm and tenacious will to get the job done! Would definitely recommend.

I would give this company 6 stars if I could! They went above and beyond any expectations I had. In my 6 years of owning my property we never had an issue with mice and we didn't know how to handle it. RP&BC, specifically Joe Ball was the exterminator who mostly came in to take care of the house. He throughly went through the entire property from basement to attic to make sure no area was over looked.

He was so easy to work with. He answered all the questions my tenets and I had and made us feel safe. They have successfully mitigated the issue and we are all extremely happy. We also know if this issue comes back RP&BC will come back at a very reasonable price to get rid of them. With the amount of times they come to the house their price is more than wort it. We are all beyond impressed and thankful for RP&BC and Joe Ball.

Very professional from the first call to the end of my service. Had a yellow jacket nest in a tarp and got stung over 15 times when I moved it. The staff explained what would happen when they got here as well as emailed me info. Jordan came out and was very professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. When he left I felt much better about the situation. I will use Richland again if ever needed and will recommend them to everyone I know.
