Please do not use this company. The homeowners association contracted this company to facilitate a termite inspection. They came back stating that I needed to replace a wood beam on my house due to dry rot. First of all it was delayed several weeks. When they came out they did not replace the wood beam but wood filled and painted it. Then they proceed to charge me the same amount that was originally quoted to replace the beam. I was clearly over charged and would not recommend using this company at all. Please use someone else.

All he did was literally pop his head in the attic look around and said he seen no activity. Poor job.

My HOA hired them for inspection. very clean, nice, friendly, courteous, and seemingly thorough. Micheal did our inspection, he was very polite and friendly. I could hear him in neighbors' yards too, very professional and nice. Thank you!
