Romney is not one of, but the best pest control company I have ever used. I tried a different pest control company once when I moved to a new area that have commercials all over the TV. That is when I truely realized how great Romney was. Price is better and service can't be matched. With the unnamed company they had to make several repeat trips as I live near a wooded area and would often see active spiders in the house.

With my last 3 years with Romney I've only seen a live spider once! I didn't even feel the need to have them come back out, (although they would have if I called), because I was confident I wouldn't see others another and didn't. They have even come out for me outside of my normal service schedule to treat without charge the day after I called because I had wasps activity outside and a young child that loves to plays outside. Prices have not gone up once.

I haven't had to request the same technician even once because I'm always confident that whomever they send will be there on time, be courteous, respectful and best of all knowledgeable. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family without hesitation.

I have been with Romney since 2009. They are very reasonably priced and staff is always courteous and asks if I need service inside as well. When I have had unexpected insect issues they have been very responsive and immediately sent someone out. My latest unscheduled service was by tech "Big Rudy". He was awesome. Great personalty and was very thorough. Huge kudos also to the person who answers the phone (Melissa, I believe). She is extremely helpful!

We've been a customer of Romney for a few years now and are quite happy with the service. In particular, we would like to reserve a special mention for Charles who is always so helpful, courteous and friendly when he visits, and we're delighted to see that it's him at the door! He takes such great care in his work and was extremely thorough in his treatment, taking time to explain the reason we may be seeing some of the pests. Charles is a great representative of Romney and we really can't speak highly enough of him and his work!

We've used Romney for about a year now, ever since ants showed up after my first kid. I asked my mom for a recommendation, and she uses them on the other side of DFW from me. Highly responsive. Sent technician to treat for roaches, within 48 hours. Technician was very professional. He called ahead to let me know he's on his way. He was on time. For the termites, their service was timely in preventing unforseen damage that could have caused devastating damage to my home. We are new to Romney and were referred by a neighbor. They are really great and have wonderful technicians! It is a little pricey, but all the services run about the same I found after checking around. I am very happy with them. They are very responsive to calls for extra spraying as well.

John came to do my house inspection. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The method they use to get rid of the termites seems promising compared to other Companies I've used with no real results. The price is affordable. I got the impression that Romney Pest Control truly cares about their customers and is a company you can trust.

They give a time frame and they keep the times, also when I need for them to comeback for extra spraying they come without extra charges

All of the technicians are great but I am always overjoyed to see one in particular that stands out as the very best, Bobby. Always so professional & informative going above & beyond to explain the source of the issue during treatments as well offering advice & ideas on things I the homeowner can do to further enhance prevention of pests. Such as trimming trees over roof lines, creative ways to block openings etc. He has a vast knowledge of each type of pest too which is always interesting to learn about. Ahmed was on time, friendly, professional and courteous. He even got rid of the cobwebs in our garage. He finished and notified me when He was done and asked if there was anything more he could do for us. Very good job!

We had some ants in one area and Charles took the time to trace them back to several different areas to find the root of the problem. More importantly, Charles really went the extra mile to do a great job. He was knowledgeable and cared about his service for us. We do quarterly service with Romney (this was in between the quarter). They also keep mud wasps off our house which is a difficult task at my house!

The man who came out was very professional and very handy. I was working on my motorcycle and he went I it of his way to lend me tools and shined a night when he saw me struggling. Great help. He was very informative about what he was doing. Knew was job didn't hesitate to answer any and every question I had. Would love to have him come back and help.

Excellent job with Romney as always. Techs are friendly, jobs are thorough. They make pest control a breeze. They did an extra treatment when we saw scorpions in the house -- although common in summer -- and took care of it. Have had them for a year (new construction) and hope to keep them for years.

Ryan Homs was the specialist who came to inspect our house. He was professional and extremely thorough. Prior to Ryan's visit, I was not aware of the piles of ant hills we have around the house's foundation. He explained the treatments that he was using and how it would effectively eliminate the colonies once applied. Techs are very respectful and attentive. They take note of areas to be avoided and areas to focus on, which I really appreciate. Noticed a couple of wasp nests over the weekend, and Romney responded to my call promptly when they opened. And after years of battling the ants on my kitchen windowsill, Romney has effectively eradicated them - thank you!

I have used Romney's for close to 9 yrs, service is not good. Quality has fallen on the service they provide. When I called with a problem the representative argues with me. This last treatment I could have done with a can of Raid.

We are in the middle of a pandemic. Why in the hell do you have door to door sales man out at this time? And then they are rude and pushy on top of it. I will never do business with you and I will make sure none of my family do either. Stay Home! Or at least don't come to my home in the middle of a pandemic unreal!
