Received a bill in the mail for services that were never requested and that we were never notified about in advance. We use a different pest company that we are very happy with. When I called Waynes, the lady told me the date that my house was supposedly serviced, but when I checked my home cameras from that day no one had even come by. She was also incredibly rude. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. This company is a scam and they are sending out fraudulent bills.

EDIT: Manager called me and said this was a mistake of communication which they are working on. Apologized, and I had a tech out in 3 days to get my interior sprayed. The tech that came out was super professional and a great guy. MUCH happier and will sit tight with Waynes if this experience is the norm. Super happy. OLD: Previous homeshield customer of almost 10 years. Waynes bought them out.

Previously well run local business/franchise has been replaced by a company that refuses to come into the home to spray, constantly tries to upsell you on services, and has terrible communication around scheduling. Waynes wants to charge you and get out of performing the service. We had no bug issues with homeshield, now with waynes, we have tons of problems.

They refuse to spray inside the home because of "covid". folks we aren't wearing masks on the plane anymore you can come in my home and spray! Probably leaving once I find another company like homeshield in the area.

I was with previous owner home shield pest control for 15 years excellent service all around. Since waynes has purchased they are non responsive and unprofessional. I have had an issue with wood bees of which never did with previous service juice. I called and someone would call me back, they didn't. Called second time and with my pest guy still no response.

It's been a month. Finally someone called said I will be there to talk about your account as not covered and termite treatment of which I paid for doesn't look to be honored.guess what he no showed.called him week later no response.no respect for this business.

Used to be a great local company based in Brentwood call ANTS which sold to Wayne's. Customer service plummeted and prices rose after the sale. We tried working through it but gave up. Don't waste your time here - there are other companies who will treat you well and appreciate your business locally.

Been using Priority Pest for a long time. Once it became Wayne's Pest the service has gone down hill. I requested a return phone call a month ago. Still haven't received that call. Have monthly yard treatment starting in March. This year--only have received one treatment. Last quarterly treatment I was told they could only come inside my house every 9 months to spray.

We had homeshield at first, which was great. They were then bought out by Wayne, which was not so great. The quality dropped drastically. Service is awful. We had purchased the mosquito treatment as an addon and when Wayne took over the mosquitos started to reappear. We can no longer enjoy to outdoors without getting a 1000 mosquito bites. Waste of money and their services does not work.

We have ants, spiders and bugs everywhere. The guys show up for about 5 minutes and leave. With homeshield they would spend 30-45 minutes doing their dueligence in a good job.

The previous guy would just show up to the house unannounced and would call only when he was already in my driveway. Also I was just in the process of moving and talked to 2 different reps that assured me both times that the contract would be put on hold until we moved to honor the original price. Not only were they incorrect, they cancelled the service after telling me several times that it would only be on hold.

When I called back to talk to a 3rd rep, he told me it was in fact cancelled and they would not honor that price. I was then told that he would talk to a supervisor about the issue to see what he can do and I would get a prompt return call within the next 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't been contacted. Gave this company too many chances for almost 5 years and now my money will go elsewhere.

This was my annual termite service - inspection & treatment. I've been with PEST for several years and grateful to work with a company that I can trust - they know what they are doing and have their customers' interests at heart. Jerry was here today - he's a professional; knows the industry beyond just doing the tasks, communicated about the appointment (let me know he'd be early), and explained what he was doing and why.

He mentioned some of the other services they offer, but not at all in a pushy way - it was like consulting and it helped me to know the options if I ever have the need. He fits the culture that I've come to love with PEST - they really care that their customers are taken care of.

Bizarre. The Pest Inc. "sales" guy showed up at our door threatening to start ripping out all the green things claiming they were theirs because they had a contract with the prior owners OR. we could sign up and they could leave them. It was a most uncomfortable conversation I overheard him having with my wife, and intervened. The guy got on the phone and continued his threat to go start taking them out right then until I got really heated (I watched our current company install theirs). Confirmed with our current pest control company that they did not belong to Pest Inc.

Terrible sales tactic and completely unprofessional. If you are a pest company, don't stoop to these kinds of sales tactics.offer good service, hard to beat pricing, and get a long-term contract. Pest Inc did a quote when we were looking and their prices were way higher.

Eddie from PEST came to our new home for a preventative spray before we moved in. He was very thorough and made suggestions for ways to keep insects out of our home and prevent termites. I will be calling PEST this week to setup recurring treatments!

I have used Pest Inc. several times over the past few years and I can not say enough about their services. I have had the joy of dealing with termites in two locations recently, Bobby/ Sales Person, is genuinely concerned and very informative and takes the time to evaluate and educate, going the extra mile. The service agents that maintain the bait traps are prompt and will keep you abreast of any issues. Lets hope you never have termite problems but if you do, call these guys.

They will change your opinion of the those other companies that say and advertise their competence, I've dealt with those too, no comparison. You will not call anyone else after working with these people.

Let me start off by saying, this pest control service is absolutely amazing. I have been using their services for over 10 years and it never disappoints. My technician Kyle is very courteous and kind. Secondly, as soon as he walks in the door he gets to work and is very thorough. This technician is top notch and has a great personality to work with.

He is able to listen to anyone and figure out exactly what the customer wants or make recommendations. Overall, this is a business I would recommend to any of my friends or family. This business is ran really well and the management seems to have a good grasp on customer service and that's what I believe they base your whole experience on. You won't be disappointed if you use this company for your pest services needs.

Start to finish, using Pest, Inc. was a clinic on how customer service should be. What started as just an inquiry for pricing converted easily into setting up an appointment with our service tech Steve. The dispatcher was very nice, informative, and professional. Patient as well, as I asked a multitude of questions. I then recieved an email detailing the contents of our call along with billing information and even a PICTURE of our Tech, Steve! Terrific feature ya'll! Steve showed up right on time and was very personable and knowledgeable.

When the initial walkthrough was done he got right down to business, and gave us tips on things we could do to help curb our problem (Camel Crickets). I would definitely use these guys again, and certainly would recommend them to others! A+ yall!
