After trying to get rid of ant/cricket problems, we decided to call Rove. A technician named Thomas came out. He was so through from explaining the steps he would take to the actual treatment. Top notch and very respectful. Thank you Thomas!

I called initially because of a number of wasps. At the time I didn't know where the nest was but over the phone they were able to help me figure it out. The technician confirmed it and was able to tell me what kind of wasps there are, how many there probably are, how aggressive this type is, etc. and is currently working on treating them. I signed up for their package where they'll come and spray and look for places pests could be entering every 3 months, which comes with a guarantee that if you do find pests, they'll come back and deal with them for no additional cost.

They address literally all the "unwanted visitors" that I tend to get in my yard or house -- hornets, mice, spiders, mosquitoes, carpet beetles, boxelders, etc. -- so for me that seemed like a really good deal. Especially with the hornets and mice. They also had really good customer service, so I feel like I chose a good company.

Why did I wait so long! Rove sprays my rental property quarterly and will handle any critters/bugs that might appear for free between quarterly visits. Gabriel and the other techs have been friendly and courteous. I was surprised how afforded this service is.

Jeremiah was extremely help. He pointed a bees nest and immediately got rid of them. He pointed it out and gave me some helpful tips especially with a newborn in the house. Services: Hornet & wasp extermination, Spider extermination, Bee extermination

Both the sales rep, Juan and the servicer Mosiah were very pleasant and professional. Showed up on time and were willing to answer any questions. So far so good! I would recommend this company. Services: Rodent extermination, Spider extermination

Racist! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Post is going viral on Facebook of an employee yelling disgusting remarks at 2 men just disposing of trash. And ring a ding ding.it's a white man yelling and harassing two hard working Hispanic men just minding their business doing their job! All I have to say is never will recommend and will be watching closely to see how this is handled.

We have been using Rove for about a year now. I ask for Willie Clark to come out for each and every service because he is the best! He is polite, knowledgable, funny, and an all around good guy. He knows what he's doing when it comes to ridding my home of unwanted pests. He is also very validating and never brushes off my fear of spiders. I'd rate Willie 10 stars if I could! Good job, Willie! They ought to give you a raise .

We are a long-time customer of Rove Pest Control. We recently had an issue - first time in 15 years - and received great customer service. Our account manager, Adam was excellent with following up and resolving the issue to our satisfaction. Highly recommend their service.

I love the friendly staff via on the phone and in person. The pest people that actually come out to my home are prompt, and efficient when it comes to getting the job done correctly which is something I most definitely enjoy seeing in a company! I wish I could "like" the comments previous people have shared because multiple people complained about an individual coming to their door during covid without a mask on and I just had this exact situation with a Sun Prairie employee on a Saturday in Deforest. A person seems to be responding to these complaints on here, but your responses are ineffective if your employees are not changing and respecting this!

I watched as he approached one of my neighbors and was attempting the door to door sales technique again without a mask. I discouraged my neighbor and called the salesman out on this. He then put on his mask and rolled away on his wheeled device. I will be sharing this with everyone in my neighborhood. After reading other reviews about the shady practices of charging and not allowing people to cancel, no-one should consider this company.

Rove gets one star for sending an UNMASKED solicitor to my door during COVID-19. He was like "I can't hear you" as I shouted at him through the window next to the closed door. Was I seriously the first person not to open the door for him? Unbelievable. I will tell everyone I know about your idiotic move tonight and suggest none of them use your company.

Solicitor showed up at my doorstep at 7pm on a Saturday night. Even worse, he's going door to door without a mask in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Pass.

BJ was very thorough in his presentation of the services Rove Pest Control offers. He did a very good job explaining all the details of the service agreement.

Mosiah was very attentive and efficient. He covered everything he did and when we decided to have mosquito coverage, he called in to have it set up immediately with an application right away. Very reasonable prices too!

I signed up with Rove for a year of service with quarterly appointments. The first year seemed to go fine. After year, I was allowed to cancel the service with 30 days notice. However, when I tried to cancel by giving 30 days notice, Rove decided to change the next service appointment to be within the 30-day window. I had service scheduled on May 31st and the next one should be around August 31st.

After trying to cancel the service in July, Rove moved up the appointment to August 21st. I did not want the service, but they sent a technician anyway because "I was going to be charged anyway." The account managers just keep pressing that service could be anytime in the particular month (August 1st-31st) and that I should be glad they provided a service, which I did not want.

I have lost track of the number of calls trying to resolve this invoice and am completely frustrated by the customer service on the phone. At this point, I have no faith in Rove. My family switched to another pest control company that provides more service and for a lower cost.

I wish I could give 0-star review or negative stars. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called them to cancel the service on 7/19. Then they told me that my next service is scheduled on 8/14 and they need 30-day notice. Otherwise they will charge me one more service. First of all, I have no information when my next service will be. Second, my last service was done on 5/21 and the Aug service for last year was 8/27.

I believe they just moved it up to within 30-day notice range to charge me one more service. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN DO TO CHARGE YOU MORE WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. Updates on 7/25/2019: Someone from Rove Pest Control contacted me this morning and canceled the charge. Since this is resolved, I am going to change the rating to 3-star.

I chose to go with another servicer and initially had some roadblocks in cancelling the contract, but they eventually made it right.

No idea on the quality of service, but their sales person was dishonest about the cancellation policy, even trying to contradict the terms on the tablet. As the first point of contact if sales staff can't be honest why should I expect the rest of the company to be so?

Do NOT use Rove! If I can give a zero star I will! They say they were working with your neighbor wondering if you need the same service, LIE! Hen you have nothing but problems with them. Doesn't control your pest problems. When you want to get out, you'll have to pay your way out. Do yourself a favor do NOT USE THEM!
