Pest Control
Report
Pest Control We can see insect and bug activity in and around our homes any time of the year in Connecticut. Weather it's carpenter ants,
spiders, wasps or something else, I can help. Insects and bugs can damage the wood in your home, contaminate food, spread filth and disease and sometimes sting.
Many of these problems are not easily eliminated and having a professionals experience can mean all the difference in getting
the problem solved.

With a focus on the safety of your family, pets, and home we will use integrated pest management (IPM) techniques to ensure
that each pest control treatment is effective as well as safe for your family, pets and property. This means that exclusion and
sealing of gaps and cracks, habitat modification and mechanical means will be used as well as chemical control if needed. This
means less pesticide use and better control of the target pest. If you need to address an existing problem or just establish a
protective barrier around your home to prevent future infestations, we can service your needs.

Had a very large snake in the basement. Called Shoreline Wildlife and was talked through possibilities (mouse problem could lead to snakes coming in) and costs. They fit us in at the end of the next day. David was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all our questions.

We had Lenny in for an 'unexplained scratching' in our ceilings to which have no ceiling access (no attic). After a prior flying squirrel invasion we thought it was that again, but after a SUPER THOROUGH inspection of the house, the eves, the roof, etc he determined it was either mice or rats from the nearby stream (ewwwww!!!). He set up boxes outside the property, and the problem was eradicated within days.

It's been under control for two months now, actually. He was very informative on the threat (or lack of, actually) it would pose to our indoor cats if they caught one after it ate the bait. He was also fun to talk to about Woodpeckers and the marks they left on the tree's (he is a wild bird enthusiast as well!). I am very, very thankful for his extensive knowledge and his thorough inspection. I knew I was in good hands immediately.

My wife and I are new residents to the Connecticut shoreline. When we noticed some large black insects near a windowsill and baseboards last fall, we assumed they were a form of termite. But we knew they were bad, as they were in the throes of swarming and dying. Because of positive recommendations online and from area residents, we contacted Lenny.

He was prompt to his appointment and extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing information about the insects and wildlife in our geographic area. He quickly diagnosed a carpenter ant infestation as well as some vermin issues we were having. All taken care of, promptly and for a reasonable price.

Lenny takes great care in offering an array of solutions.

He explains what products he uses and why. He is meticulous, thoughtful, and respectful of his clients and of the wildlife -- a sensitivity honed after decades of helping homeowners coexist in an active, natural environment.

Lenny is a consummate professional and we wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I had flying squirrels in the attic. He found where they were coming in. Very nice honest guy.

Lenny took care of squirrels twice a few years apart in my older house in New Haven and did a wonderful and completely professional job. He will use humane traps if requested/possible and release. I had no idea what the "critters in my walls" were. I just knew there was something in there. He was able to determine the issue and how to remove them and prevent them from accessing the same entryways again (of course, they can always make new ones if they're determined to do so). Very reasonable cost and he's an extremely pleasant person as well. Thanks, Lenny!
