Soles Exterminating

I was referred to Soles Exterminating for a pest inspection when I bought my house about a year ago. I live in a woodsy area and my house had previous damage in the attic from rats, chewed wires, etc. Soles closed any possible openings, set out traps and took care of everything. In the interim I have replaced all the wiring, the roof and put in new insulation.

Recently I spotted some outdoor damage which led me to worry they might be back in the attic. Despite being very busy, they were able to work me into their schedule within a day or two, came out and inspected and found no new damage. Wes, who came out was very professional and friendly, and gave me a lot of helpful information. He was very honest and made no attempt to sell me any services I didn't need or that wouldn't be useful. I will continue to have Soles come out and do annual inspections as needed and I highly recommend them.

Rick is new to us and I was very impressed with him. But as he was doing the back patio, I looked out and he was using a special tool to get rid of the spiders in the cage around our pool. We've used Soles for over 10 years and this is the first time anyone ever thought of doing this. He went way over and above what he had to do! Way to go Rick!

Several employees tried to schedule treatment of the break room in the office. Five requests, no service. Spoke personally with this company representative week ago, and was assured that service will be provided "today, tomorrow the latest". Week later: no service. Switching to another provider.

Matt and Bobby were fantastic! It is so nice to rely on a company that I can allow into my home when my kids and dogs are there with no worries! They listened to my concerns and went outside to find the source of the problem! Service: Ant extermination

Sprayed each room, got behind furniture and around all floor moldings. Matt was professional and thorough and helpful in telling and showing us how to remedy the areas where bugs can get in. They come to our home quarterly. Also, if they spray and we have a problem, they'll schedule a time to return and respray. A second employee came today to spray around the outside of our home. That's part of their routine. Thanks for your input.

We have used Soles Exterminating several times now for trouble with rodents in our attic. Each time they have come out, the representatives have been professional and courteous. Matt makes sure to explain what they are working on and what to expect with the treatments they are doing. I would suggest this company to anyone looking for a local company who does quality work.

Soles has been wonderful in working with us in eradicating a rodent issue we have in our house. When I call or text the are out the same day if not within the hour. Matt is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is considerate in dealing with the disposable of the deceased rodents. I highly recommend Soles, Travis, and Matt for your rodent problem! I have been working with Soles for almost a year and I am very happy with the service and the individuals that come to our home to provide the service. Matt was courteous, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and mentioned allowing the product to dry before allowing our pets outside. They return when and if needed.
