Whoever is saying that you can buy your own chemicals and put them a professionally installed Spider Be Gone System is WRONG! You will void the warranty and the pump system. I have two of their systems and they work perfectly and do the job they represent. I have two 55 gallon tanks that they replace each time they refilled. These tanks weigh more than 350 lbs. when full.

They are located in out of the way and out of the eyesight of our guests. The tanks are not small. It is not simply buy the chemicals and do it yourself. The person who posts this nonsense is a person who is miffed because he told me that is the same as Spider Be Gone, not true at all. They winterized my systems and clean it out and test each nozzle and make adjustments to the system to insure operational reliability. Dane and his crew are top notch. No problems with the service or system reliability or delivery of the tanks.

Spider Be Gone Systems WORKS! We had the system installed at our house on the north end of Lake Livingston last fall and are very pleased with the results. After the system was up and running, we had the house power washed about three months ago. It still looks as good as when it was cleaned. No more spider webs or wasps nests! Thanks to Chad and the crew - we appreciate the good work.

Ivan, It sounds as if you were asked to write a review in response to negetaive reviews. If you bought lesser grade product and filled tank yourself and only saved $42.00 you got had. You can call The Bug Stomper Company and purchase same product used by Spider Be Gone for $160.00 plus shipping and save atleast $80.00. So your $42.00 claim makes no sense seeing they charge $260.00 plus tax.

I lesser grade product like Vector Ban Plus would allow you to save $210.00 over cost of Spider Be Gone. Yes River Breed was correct stating a $100.00 mark up over retail cost of the $160.00. This is not my real name but Rowdy Wayne was once a customer.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Crooks and improperly licensed. Putting poison in your face for a profit. Charge you 100$ to fill up the tank with your own waterhose. Then another 160 for the chemical they use. They also claim they use all natural chemical on boat docks, which is required by law, yet they don't. Wendy, the secretary with a chip on her shoulders, is very rude and unprofessional!

Could never get an answer on the phone. Left numerous messages. Never heard back. Either they don't need the money or there closed.

Critical: Responsiveness They do not show up at time listed for appointments and fail to notify you when running late. Wendy is extremely rude and acts as if the company is never wrong.

Windy is very rude and unprofessional. They claim to use triple filtered water but they use your water hose and charge you 100$ and then another 160 for the chemical they use. They also claim to use all natural pesticide on your boat docks, which is required by law, but left their empty jug that clearly states it kills fish. After I witnessed them dumping half a barrel into the lake. I don't know how EPA haven't shut these people down yet.

As the secretary of Spider Be Gone for 3 years now, I can honestly say we have extremely satisfied customers. We do not have a customer by the name of Rowdy Wayne. I went back in records all the way to 1999. I can assure you we would not have an A+ rating with The Better Business Bureau since 1999 if we had unsatisfactory systems or employees!
