She answered all my questions and was very pleasant. Today, our home was treated by Jarred and he did an awesome job! He sprayed every area requested and didn't skip a beat! Very professional. Pleasant employees. This is the 4th year we have had them treat the outside of house. We had problems with flies. Each year their treatment totally resolved our problem for the rest of the summer and fall. Very reasonable cost.

As spring has come, spiders emerged. I was killing 8+ a day inside my house. Called spider control and they were out the next day and sprayed my interior. It's been 4 days so far and not a single spider have I found alive. Thank you so much!

Simply the best pest control company on the East Side. We use them for spiders and mosquitoes for about 4 years now. 2 mosquito treatments this year and we have only seen a handful, compared to usually getting bitten alive. We had our house and landscaping treated for spiders 3 times and haven't seen a single spider. I feel bad for our neighbors, because all the spiders go to their houses now. Prices are affordable and they do run references specials and seasonal specials. Customer service is top notch here as well. I definitely recommend.

Today 2 tech's came in with N95 mask and treated my home for ants. They were super nice and friendly and offered plenty of education on how to keep the ant problem a bay as well as future solutions for home treatments. Talk about trusting company.he handed me a bill and said call the office to pay when i can or he would take it. I was like Whoa.nice! He was no pushy, great value and guaranteed the work. I will definitely call them again if i need anything.

We are having our house sprayed for ants today for the 4th year in a row, and cannot give enough positive reviews for spider control. Kathy is lovely when we book the treatment, whoever sprays is always thorough and if we forget to move something they sort it out. Can only speak to any treatment so far but we won't use anyone else. We only found out about them through a neighbor using them, thank goodness!

I had an appointment to spray my house and pole barn on Saturday. As the weather was nice I had work to do on the outside of the house. I also wanted to cover a robins nest before they sprayed. I called at 8:30 to get an approximate time at least what order I was on the list for the day. I was told they couldn't tell me that but as it was Saturday, the technicians quit working at noon At 11:38 I called again and was told I was on the list And they might be running a little late.

At 12:40 I called and got voicemail and left a message. Again I left a message at 1:40 to cancel my service This is the second time this happened. Last year I was told the tech sprayed my house when I was outside the entire time. No receipts were left at my front door as they normally do As you have to move lawn furniture, close windows and keep pets inside, I don't understand why they can't give an approximate time(even the cable companies do this now) or actually keep an appointment I was trying to support a local business but apparently it will not be spider control
