I called Standard Pest Control after having a horrible experience with another (big name) pest control service. Standard Pest Control was FANTASTIC to work with. Not only did the owner herself pick up the phone and talk me through our situation, she sent her technician the very next day and he was GREAT. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The prior company said I had pests that I actually did NOT and charged me hundreds of dollars for essentially worthless mouse traps. Total scam. Then comes Standard Pest Control that only charged me a reasonable price for the inspection and said there's no need to service at this time. They are an HONEST pest control company! I have signed up for a recurring service from them because not only is the price reasonable, I actually trust what they are telling me. Also, if I pick up the phone and call them, I will get to speak directly to a real person.

I don't have to wait for the call center to 'call me back'. which at the prior company, never happened. Total night and day comparison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STANDARD PEST CONTROL!

I have used Standard a number of times and they are the best. Scheduling is quick - schedulers are a pleasure to deal with. Frank was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. I had a thousand questions and he took the time to answer them all and was very patient! He was very diligent and precise! Sharon was also the same way in her patients and giving me the right information to get the job completed the RIGHT way. She didn't want to cut corners or do it quickly, she wanted to fix my problem the right way! I will recommend them to everyone I know!
