So thankful for these services. I always request Larry because he makes sure he gets every nook and cranny of my house to ensure my toddler is protected. We had a brown recluse spider situation that he caught and monitored for us. He always recommends the best services. If he thinks we need to upgrade to something he provides expert advice that we appreciate.

He is extremely thorough and investigates each space. He always explains what he is doing, why he's doing it, and what's going on. The last person from STL Pest Control who was so thorough was Tyler who we lost but thank God for Larry! As long as he is with STL Pest Control so are we!

I found STL Pest Control after researching several other pest companies around the area. From start to finish, they were nothing but accommodating, courteous and responsive. My wife and I weren't home when they completed our wasp extermination, however, our technician Larry texted letting us know he had arrived and would begin work. Prices were reasonable and about what I'd expect for removal of 5 nests.

Upon completion, we received a thorough email with pictures to show the work done. Overall, I'll definitely use STL Pest Control again and refer them to friends and family! Thanks again!

Brian was great. He came to inspect one room for bedbugs. He explained everything he was inspecting and what to look for. Thankfully I did not have any signs of having them. Brian really put my mind at ease. He explained other services that STL Pest Control provides and pricing. I was really impressed with Brian. I will remember this business for future needs!

Matt and Caleb were great! Both introduced themselves, were very polite and were full of ant knowledge. They let me know what to expect after they sprayed, which I appreciate. Their spray is organic and eco-friendly as well, always an added bonus. They came out the same day we called, very fast, punctual and friendly. I highly recommend their services if you have any pest issues.

The tech (Matt) explained what he was going to do, that my cats would be safe, and was very friendly and answered my numerous questions very patiently! The pricing was competitive with other companies and the eliminated my bed bug problem! Highly recommend!

Joe was wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in our home. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. This was our first time using a pest service in our first home. Joe gave me tips on what to look out for and recommended a spray schedule, but was never pushy about booking the service. Will definitely be reaching out again. Terry arrived early in the arrival window they provided which was much appreciated. He was super nice and matter of fact and addressed any concerns I had. Upon calling STL Pest Control, they were able to come out the same day. We recently moved into a new property and needed service for all creatures that tend to hang around in vacant homes. Larry was professional, courteous, and made the experience a pleasure. He explained what he was doing the entire time and made sure all of our questions were answered.

During his visit he made sure to keep on his mask, and social distanced as much as possible. We are very pleased with the service we received and the technician that came out. I recommend this company and this technician and will be making sure this is my regularly scheduled company from now on.

Very responsive. Rick was great! Super friendly and helpful. I think our mouse problem is a thing of the past. They followed up with a call after a few weeks to see how things were going. Will definitely give them a call if I have any more issues. I also appreciated that they texted me ahead of my appointment letting me know that Rick was on his way.

Great company! The staff is always polite and helpful. I work for a management company and we have used them numerous times over the years when pest control issues arise. Their rates are fine and they guarantee their work. They call you when they are on the way. I would recommend them!

Had preventive treatment and a gopher taken care of. Technician was on time and professional. He took the time to explain everything which I really appreciated. Second time using them and while cleaning I found a few dead spiders; but hey keyword DEAD spiders. I also was late on my suggested re-spray so the fact I still found dead spiders was great. After the most recent spray I have yet to see a spider. 10/10 would recommend.

We weren't sure if we brought home any bed bugs from a hotel stay so we called around and STL Pest control was able to come out to our residence the very next day. The guy they sent was very knowledgeable and inspected places where bed bugs could be hiding/living. He also asked to see the bites and confirmed they were bed bug bites but couldn't find anything in our home, thankfully!

We opted to get the spray in and around our home anyway just as a precaution but he didn't recommend any treatment. We were pretty satisfied and happy about the inspection and the general bug spray. The guy was very personable, it's a shame I don't remember his name. If we ever need any pest control, I would not hesitate to use their service again!

Brian with STL Pest Control arrived on time and I appreciate that they call you the day before your appointment for a friendly reminder! The company also will text you to notify you that your technician is on his way. Brian was very courteous and efficient. He was conscious of our home and surroundings. We have been using STL Pest Control over a year now. I highly recommend them.

STL Pest Control- is our new "bug guy". The entire process from setting up the appointment, being kept up-to-date on the tech's arrival to the bugs being GONE was a great experience. The tech was very friendly and patient and I appreciate that because I had a bunch of questions. We will definitely be requesting there service for our regular sprayings. Thank again!

Called them to do my annual spray foe my properties. The company was very professional and quality.

By far the best customer service hands down. They call and remind you quarterly. They call the day before and then call you before they arrive. Communication is key with me and they have it down pack. Brandon was on time, informative, and thorough.

The mice in my place had been driving me crazy, so I hopped on Yelp to request quotes from places nearby. Not only did STL Pest Control respond within 10 minutes but they were also able to get me on their schedule the next afternoon. The technician who came out was professional and did a great job of educating me on what he was doing. He was thorough and checked all areas of the house for mice droppings to make sure he was targeting the right areas - including my basement and crawl spaces.

Best of all he made sure to place the bait in places that my dogs wouldn't be able to get to them (this was a huge worry I had with any pest control -- my dogs are crazy and will hunt any new "treat" in the house down).

Had these folks come out and spray for spiders and beetles. Brian was prompt and professional. He wore a mask and did the whole social distancing. He was very informative about prevention and what to expect from the spray. Sprayed inside and out. So far so good on not seeing any new bugs! They have a three week follow up to get their warranty which I think is totally worth it. Great price for a large space!

Been noticing critters creeping in on my turf. Trying to jump ahead of what could be major issues. I originally called and spoke with Ms. Susan, and she has been by far one of the most enjoyable people to have a conversation with, while also doing an excellent job explaining the processes they perform. To top it off, I have to give a HUGE shout out for the kind gentleman, Tyler, who was the field specialist that serviced my home.

He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and was exceptionally knowledgeable of his profession along with charm. Thank you Thank you Thank you Susan & Tyler! You both ROCK!

I had an inspection for a groundhog. It was very thorough and professional. The technician was very nice and answered all our questions. In the end, we decided not to get traps since the holes were located somewhere else. The visit was still worth it though, and we learned a lot in the process. Great company.

Recently discovered we had some new house guests (mice) - panicked and called STL pest control. They scheduled us for the very next day. Tyler came by and set us up with bait traps and checked our basement. He is AWESOME. Was super professional and thorough. Tyler made sure he answered all our questions and left us feeling super relieved. So glad we called!

My rental company contracts with this company. Tyler, the guy they sent out, was a very nice and polite young man. He shared his knowledge of house pests with me, a lot that I didn't know. He baited the house for mice, explaining everything about the procedures. I would definitely recommend them.
