Suncoast Pest Control

After reading reviews I decided to give this company a chance. Doug originally came out for my assessment. I was told I could get treatment the same day, however once he arrived he informed me he didn't have enough time scheduled for that. He walked around and looked at the obvious visible termite piles, and that was it. He didn't open the attic or crawl space.

Against my better judgement I scheduled service. On Monday, a different technician came, because Doug was not feeling well. He wasn't given any information regarding my property or the treatment plan. Until I told him he was supposed to treat my crawl space, attics and spot treat, he was only going to do 1 attic and spot treat. He also did not make any of his own assessments and was asking me what I wanted him to treat, instead of giving his own professional assessment.

He then could not get my crawl space hatch open (which would have been established prior to the appointment had they actually opened it during the initial visit), so he proceeded to just spray from the crack of the opening. This technician was nice enough, but the entire experience lacked any actual professionality which was the fault of the initial technician the company itself.

I'd rethink using this company if you're in the process of vetting options. Lastly, the techs hose broke and he couldn't finish the job. I was told I'd get a call that day to reschedule them to come back, and have not heard a word from them. Please stay away from this headache.

Micah stopped to do a routine annual spray. He was exactly on time and he did the most thorough spray inside and outside and answered all my (many) questions! Super nice guy. Thanks Suncoast!

We bought the annual policy last year with the guarantee that they would come out with any activity. After Micah came and sprayed the first time, it was almost 6-7 months before we saw one bug around the house. When we called Suncoast, Micah came out the next day and sprayed again. Really a big fan of this company. Friendlier than Terminix and Hughes without the hard sales pitches; just positive recommendations to help keep our home bug free.

Just as professional as the National Brands, but way better and friendlier service. I highly recommend Micah and Suncoast Pest Control and wouldn't consider using anyone else for all our pest control needs!
