Randy was a knowledgeable & caring person & who had a staff who had the same description. These last 2 years has assured us that Target pest Control will now pick up where he left off. Yesterday when Tom came for bee extermination he spent time with me to answer questions as I pointed out some areas of concern. He was great- I will be sure to request him next year. Have been using Target for a few years now and they do not disappoint. Last year I had some trouble getting rid of a ground bees nest and Target came back out and got rid of it completely. This year Drew explained to me about the queen bee with some interesting facts. If you need an exterminator these are the guys. They are the best! Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I had another great experience with Target Pest Control. The technician let me know when he was on the way, arrived on time, surveyed the problem areas, told me exactly what was going on and explained how he would fix it. And he went out of the way to explain safety precautions to my children which I really appreciated. Problem solved!

I have used Target Pest Control for several years. I have dogs and after researching all of the toxins that are in flea and tick medication I decided to not to use those products. Instead, I have Target Pest Control treat my yard. They also do the Mosquito and Bee treatment in the summer. AMAZING! We can finally enjoy are our yard without getting eaten alive.

Mike came to treat a nest of wasps/hornets I had seen going in and out of a hole in our window frame. When he arrived he was excited to discover that there were two nests, with different species, in different corners of the window. He watched in wonder for a few minutes. before efficiently wiping them out. Definitely someone who knows his field and not just some guy sent out with a backpack full of pesticide.
He did upsell me to their whole house package, but once I heard stinkbugs in the list of insects covered I was an easy sell. If I had declined, they would have billed both of the hives in my window as the single hive I thought it was.

I found a large hive of yellow jackets in our house wall. They were finding their way inside by the time I discovered the nest location -- about a dozen per day. Target visited and the problem immediately improved after spraying the outside entry point. It's been three days so far and the interior issue is resolving quickly. Target was great to work with and I will definitely call them if I need help again next season.

They came within a couple days due to me having a party and wanting to get sprayed before then. VERY responsive and good price. Mosquitoes are so much better can actually sit on the deck now! Very professional, very knowledgeable, great communication, always on time, always patient with questions or any issues. We were selling our house when mice started showing up. Tommy came on time, we actually got stuck in traffic and he waited for us and even chatted with a neighbor. He put down a bunch of traps, verified the mice weren't nesting inside the house but moving in from the outside.
He assured us that the poison they use is safe around our dogs. Came back two weeks later and verified where the mice were eating and where they weren't. Replaced any chewed up poison packs. He'll be back again. He's recommending outdoor traps and totally understood when we said we'd let the next owner know. And we will with high praise! We've already found evidence of mice in our new place and we will be putting in a call to have them out shortly. I honestly can't reccomend this company enough - if you have pests - call them - you'll be very happy.

Mike H. did a follow up (four months) summer treatment for wasps/bees, as we saw two, and there is a severe allergy issue. First early spring treatment was 100% effective. Mike was professional, a good listener, efficient, thorough, and respectful of the property. He explained what he was doing and why, and showed us new activity in a new location and treated for that.
I cannot recommend Target Pest Control enough. From the phone response courtesy and attention to detail, to technicians who are knowledgeable and communicate when you can expect them, and deliver on that, this is a service you can count on.

Great service, Mike Higgins came out to my house for a wasp issue in my ceiling. Explained what he was going to do and how it would work. Educated me on bees and why they do what do. Came at 6:20 at night to make sure my issue was taken care of. Great guy and company to deal with. Will have them back next spring for preventative bee treatment. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend them.

This is my first experience working with a pest control company and they are WONDERFUL. Quick service. Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and professional. We had Drew out today and he eased my concerns and took care of the problem. Maggie has been great on the phone when I called with concerns. Great customer service and have been super helpful!

I'll start with the positive that allowed me to give it two stars- the gentlemen who came out to the house twice was very respectful and friendly. Everything else- terrible. Not only does the women who answers the phone need to refresh her customer service (lack of) skills and not lecture me on mice, they don't do anything besides set up soft bait around the house.
When you do get activity. they say "good."? No preventative measures for future mice? Now here's why you should look somewhere else: While the black boxes with soft bait inside that were placed around my house and in the basement were safe from my active indoor cat, the soft bait PACKETS that were placed in the rafters of my basement WERE NOT.
Christmas Eve one fell. My cat ate the entire top and became extremely ill. (I found out because she threw up the entire "First Strike: keep out of reach of children and pets" label.) One ermergency vet trip, an over night stay, and a huge bill later she's fine and we missed Christmas/Christmas Eve. This place is very amateur. If you want it done right and quickly (with pets safe)- go somewhere else. Plain and simple.
