Termite Doctor is a very professional company. I called them over a year ago to assist with a heavily termite infested area. They were prompt and successful got rid of the problem. We haven't seen another termite since then. Whilst at it they strayed for ants and the chemicals they used gggot rid of all insects including mosquitos, flies and spiders which are common in our area.

The owner advised us to treat the area on a annual based. I called them back this week after about 15 months because ants were resurfacing and I'm happy to say they have been dealt with including all the other insects. They are definitely leaders in the industry and I will continue using their services. I will gladly recommend them anyone else who has a similar problem. In addition to the excellent service, they are a very pleasant team.

Their service is excellent. From beginning to end the team was knowledgeable and efficient. The owner met with me, assessed the problem and suggested the treatment. He did advise that the first treatment must be followed up, and when I called him out for the follow up treatment it was done the same day. At no charge! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN, JOHN CHRISTOPHER NICHOLLS, TO DO PEST CONTROL IN YOUR PROPERTY - HE DOES NOT HONOUR HIS WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES AND COME WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE - MONTH AFTER MONTH (and the problems arose 2 months after he sprayed) AND THEN WANT TO STATE - THAT 13 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE (AFTER RELENTLESS EXCUSES) - YOU DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTEE AND THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FREEBIE - really?

I PAID R3800 FOR A TREATMENT WHICH CLEARLY DID NOT WORK FROM THE WORD GO AND YOU MR NICHOLLS REFUSE AND/OR NEGLECT TO HONOUR YOUR WARRANTY/GUARANTEE. Then blocks me and slanders me - after this morning he came with more excuses and I lost my cool for I am tired of liars and thieves. This is NOT a reputable person and/or company to deal with.
