The Neuse Termite & Pest Control is happy to announce that it has welcomed another dog to the K-9 Team! Stormy is a 2 year old yellow lab from south Georgia. He was purchased from a U.S. based company that specializes in police and military dog training. All of our dogs are trained at an elite school to sniff out multiple types of bombs for the US Government before we re-purpose their noses to detect bed bugs!

Since the treatment was done only several weeks ago, rating it's long-term efficacy is difficult BUT so far so good. Have seen no bugs and the ant nest once just outside my back door is no more. Office staff was helpful, informative, knowledgable and courteous. Service person was on time, friendly, explained what he was going to do and why (or why not), did his work quickly without interrupting our normal activity in any way, very professional. I signed up for quarterly treatment and have every expectation that I will continue to be totally satisfied with their work.

Amazing experience - Jared (our technician) was extremely helpful. He explained everything so well, was very professional, and had a fantastic attitude. Review based on services provided in Clayton NC We highly recommend this company. We moved to NC a little over one year and we're terrified of bugs in general specially spiders. Since day one this company has been great! They service every three months however if you need any kind of pest control service before the three months you just call their business number and they will send someone as soon as possible (in our experience it has been someone in the next couple of days) all their representatives are very friendly (on the phone and in person) it feels like they enjoy what they do and we have never felt judge.

I wanted to treat our home to prevent termites so I gave Neuse a call. Amy came to the house for the termite inspection and while inspecting the house explained the program and benefits. The next day, Alex came to the house to perform the termite treatment. I am very impressed with his positive work ethic and the thorough job he performed. He was also very careful to not damage the epoxy floor in the garage after explaining exactly what he needed to do to treat under the slab.
It was great dealing with a contracted person that cared about my property like he did. He cleaned up after his work and everything looks great. It was a pleasure dealing with both Amy and Alex to get this work done.

Just completed my first service with Neuse Termite & Pest Control. Wow! Everything from setting up the first visit with Terry at the office through Kendall completing the service has been outstanding! Terry was very helpful and pleasant. Kendall is stellar. He was professional, polite, and expert at answering all of my questions. He recommended some treatment areas that I would not have considered.
He then went about his job and was very thorough and respectful of our property and me. Although we did not and do not have a current pest issue (making it unnecessary for any indoor treatment), we wanted to keep thing that way and Neuse was recommended to us. Kendall also explained to me how I could help to minimize pest entry into our home. He is the real deal! And Neuse Termite and Pest Control thus far is A+.

Jared provided the service and he was awesome. We like to "connect" with the folks who provide the service and we certainly did with Jared. I am terrified of mice. My home is new and I needed to make sure that it was treated before Spring. I've heard great things about Neuse from various customers and Neuse did the termite spray of my home/framing for the builder. I was able to get an appointment next day - I like that the business is local and family owned. The technician that I got was Truth (that's his name), young but very polite, knowledgeable, and customer service focused.
He asked what my concerns were then told me everything he would/did do before/while doing it. I have peace of mind and that is what I am need of. I look forward to working with Neuse, and Truth, moving forward. *If the service I recieve remains at this level.the business has a long-term customer in me AND my recommendation to other homeowners.

I do not usually write reviews however, I really wanted to express my gratitude. The first person I spoke to when I was in a panic was Brittany. She was so great at calming me down and eliciting from me the problem I was having, assured me that this is something that they do often and with great success. That first contact with a patient/customer is so important and I think she nailed it!
She had Tony call me right away and he was so patient and answered all of my questions as many times as I asked them. When I first contacted another pest control company they were quoting me $5000 contracts and no guarantees. I was quoted a price per room WITH a guarantee and was just so relieved, happy, exhausted all at the same time. Tony didn't need to come out to give me a price since we discussed such detail however, he did.
I told him I would feel better if he could look anyway even though the price was already quoted to me. He was here at 7:30am the next morning and I was on the schedule on the next available appointment which was 3 days later. Chris was the pest control technician that came to my house and eradicated the insects from my home! I want to thank the entire team.everyone I spoke to or dealt with was sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable! And everything was explained to me in a professional manner, unlike the company I called prior to this one.that was a completely different experience. Thank you All!

Neuse has always been professional and provided excellent customer service. On this most recent visit, Hugo took the time to talk about a concern I had and to come up with a solution outside the normal treatments. Had them out recently to treat our home as we had started to see some spiders here and there nothing crazy but we wanted to get ahead of it. First the very considerate and polite woman scheduling my appointment was thoughtful enough to take the time to reach out to me and advise me of what service to select with consideration of our 6 month old baby even though it meant less profit for the company.
That is rare these days. The young man who came out to spray reached out ahead of time to let me know when to expect him and he was prompt, professional and polite. Its only been a few days so we shall see how effective the treatment was long term but I can say I haven't seen a single critter since so, so far so good. Overall very impressed with Neuse T&P Pest Control and would highly recommend them.

Oh my God - Amy was wonderful from the time she called me. She was able to explain my problem. She explained the entire process of what to expect. Everything was as she said. The work was done correctly and in a timely matter. I highly recommend them. Not to mention the price was must less than I was quoted from previous businesses. Thank you!
