Steve and the Team were fantastic and very helpful. After my home inspection was complete, mold was found in my attic and basement. They took care of everything within two days, and they ran another test to be positive the mold was gone. After all the treatment, they left my basement and attic spotless! It looked better than when they started. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge.

This company sets the bar very high! Steve Spinelli was professional, polite, and extremely insightful as he surveyed my home for mold. He educated me about the process of mold testing and remediation so that I had a good understanding of what I could expect. He also gave me some great tips on how I could take care of it myself if the problem is relatively small. Titanium Laboratories, Inc. is a great company and offers a superb service! Steve, the owner of the company, came out on time and did the work. He didn't cut corners and sprayed throughly. T. Lab. was recommended by a friend 3 years ago and we used them again for the second time. No more spiders, rolly pollies, cave crickets, and strange looking bugs I don't even know the names of! I will continue to use Titanium Laboratories, Inc. and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
