Triangle Pest Control & Triangle Home Services & Triangle Lawn Care are all the same company. They will not get on a ladder to remove nests. They doubled the cost of our lawn service & gave a 1 week notice. Quite unprofessional & very poor business practice. Called to discuss & was told this is already known as reported & escalated by other customers. Highly recommend you avoid.

Critical: Professionalism They will call you once for the quarterly appointment and if you dont respond in a couple of days they will come out anyway at the time that works for them. Rude and assuming. Just go with a one time treatment from anyone the chemicals are the same.

I would NOT RECOMMEND Triangle Pest Control at 919-809-6278. We have moved out of the house to a condo complex and no longer needing their services but they refused to cancel the service and forcing us to continue receiving their service at $39.00 per month when we no longer need it and actually no longer receiving it due to the fact we are in condo complex now.

I have called number 919-809-6278 and talked to a female rep named Morgan - a very unpolite lady. Triangle Pest Control at 919-809-6278 refuses to cancel because of a contract we signed on iPad for 18 months so we must continue paying $39.00 per month for the next year or so until our 18 months contract expires. I tried explaining that moving out of a house toa condo complex should be considered as live changing even and Triangle Pest Control at 919-809-6278 should cancel the service/contract in such event as there is nothing for them to service but they insist that we have signed contract and we MUST continue paying for the service we no longer receive. Shame on you Triangle Pest Control!

Could not be more upset with this service. I signed an 18month contract for this service from a door to door salesman who guaranteed it would address mosquitoes. After a quarterly service and three warranty dispatches, there was no improvement to mosquitos, spiders, ants, or hornets. After multiple complaints that the service is not as advertised or guaranteed, they will not let me cancel the contract or sign up for automatic warranty dispatch for more frequent service. They will however dispatch for each call under warranty. though still doesn't seem to be effective in buggy months.

This company now decided to raise their rates, without letting customers know. Those on Auto Pay just get a new amount without warning. They also charge your account the day before the agreed upon billing date. I will be looking for another service provider when the world returns to normal. In these times with people struggling and budgeting their money, it is unfair to charge early and to raise rates without informing your customers! Agent who answered just kept repeating what was written down in front of her. No empathy.

For approximately 6 months I've been trying to cancel my services with this company. Aside from their service is not doing anything to help my issues, their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They have refused to cancel my services even though I have requested multiple times through email and over the phone. Every time I try, they try to add some sort of free service to sweeten the deal.

And then when that "service" goes thru, it doesn't make a lick of difference. Whatsoever. It's like these people are desperate for their monthly payment, it's almost sickening. I spoke to a woman last week who was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Ever. She was extremely condescending. She had extremely "fake" happy attitude with me on the phone and treated me as if I was binded through some sort of contract even though I never signed any papers.

But I didn't. It was only a verbal contract. She was basically passive-aggressive with me on the phone. Which is something I would have NEVER expected from a company. Especially one that has taken payments for me. I asked her 10 times on the phone, ( seriously) nicely, to cancel my services and to bill me for whatever she thought I owed her. Keep in mind that I've only had 2 services from this company for the past year.

She told me I had to pay the remaining balance of the monthly installments BEFORE CANCELING. Well then I'm sure she sent someone out to "spray" our property, JUST to INCREASE the amount that I owed them. She sounded THAT mentally off. As a note, when a customer tells a company they want to cancel, you cancel. Period. You don't try to hold them against their will to a contract that they don't want.

Or didn't physically sign It's gross. If I only use their services 2 times in the past year, I shouldn't have to pay the amount that would equal X times per year. It's only common sense. They're basically trying to get out of me five times over what I actually received. Apparently they're hard up for money, and I'm not surprised, with an employee acting the way she did with me, I'm sure NOBODY wants to use their services.

I will definitely be spraying the word on how i was treated. So for the hundredth time, cancel my damn services. I've never seen such desperation from a company in my life. Cancel my damn services.

Critical: Quality Used them for over a year, still had spiders and ants in and around my house. Basically would just come and spray foundation and leave.roughly 10-15 minutes of work. Services: Cockroaches, Ants, Spiders

Our Triangle Pest technician was at our home to simply spray around the exterior of the house. About 30 minutes after he left, he called me at work to let me know that he found a small puddle of water under our kitchen, in the crawl space. I wasn't even aware that he would take the time to spray in our crawlspace, let alone pay attention to anything that wasn't related to his job. Had he not let me know about this small leak, we could've been in even more trouble than we were. I am very appreciative of the attention to detail they give us when they come out!

I was here visiting my father-in-law and saw possible rodent issues within his house. It was a Saturday. I called no less than 12 companies from the big guys to local companies. All the companies wanted to first send out their sales person to sell contracts; others would not be able to respond for a few days. Traingle Pest Control came out with a few hours the same day. Carrie understood the situation and had the tech Karim come out. He was extremely professional and explained every step of the process. He even followed up with a text after he left. Excellent company with great staff!

Got notice I am being transferred and is selling my home. Called Triangle to cancel the contract. They tell me I have to pay the balance! WHAT! Stay away from this company. My coworker was transferred as well and her great company just cancelled the contract out of courtesy since she is moving. I would not recommend a company like this and will write this review on any platform I can find. STAY AWAY

Terrible Company.stay away. We decided to sell our home because we are being transferred. I call Triangle to let me know I need to cancel. They tell me I have to pay the balance of the account. Stay far away from these people as possible. This happen to a coworker and her her pest control company just cancelled the account. Not These Crooks

Total misleading company. Triangle Pest Control does not pick up animals that get cough in traps that they set and they do not tell you that. They also tell you that you get special pricing because you are a return customer when it is really because you are locked in for the year. Total waste of money.

This company is the worst out there. They hire unqualified technicians so they can pay them less. Their HR coordinator doesn't care about manners nor class. This entire company is a mom and pop shop that will never be as good as the main companies. Call someone else.

I would first like to state I am veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I had the worst service I have ever had from any company in all of my life dealing with one of your technicians. The technicians name was Mike. He first showed up to my home 45 minuets with no phone call to inform me. After that, I informed him of the area of concern that he seemed very uninterested in solving.

The area was in my basement where I was having a roach intrusion. He was in the basement for 5 minutes and said he was done(I should inform you he had a strong undertone of alcohol on his breath). After I told him it was a very bad problem, he stated he was the expert who left. After this, I knew I was going to get no where and told him he can leave. Again, this was such bad service that I informed everyone in my neighborhood never to use your company again.

It is the time of year that bugs try to avoid the heat by stealing our AC! Triangle pest control in Raleigh sent one of their best members out "Quay" to spray our house. We live in a pretty woodsy area with lots of nature around us, but Triangle Pest Control keeps our house critter-free, and our lawn free of mosquitoes. The service professionals are always highly knowledgeable. This was demonstrated to us when we moved in and brought a moth problem with us from another state. Only Triangle knew a variety of strategies to kill the moths and eggs in my yarn stash, keep my wool safe from re-infestation, and repel any new potential troublemakers. These folks are far and above the best pest-control team I've ever worked with.

I love these guys! I used them in 2014 to treat bedbugs - I had the dogs come out, and we did a heat treatment in my bedroom, and I haven't seen one since! When my dad and brother got bedbugs in 2016, we used. Triangle Pest Control again, and again they took care of it ASAP! We had them out again this Tuesday to treat for a really bad ant infestation (they've nested in the foundation and were coming up through the walls, even nested in our mailbox!).

Two days later, and while we've still got a few stragglers in the kitchen nibbling at the bait (which our technician explained would happen), it's nothing like before! Everything they used was safe for us and our cats, and everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain exactly what to expect.

Extremely dissatisfied with experience. Was assured an initial inspection on the same day. No servicemen visited or even called. Rep called next morning w/apologies & pushing for making appointment for service instead of initial inspection. Expensive fees with less than thorough services offered.

I have been using Triangle Pest Control for almost 10 years now. I have the regular quarterly pest control service and couldn't be happier. We live in a very wooded area so they've done a great job keeping away all the nuisance pests that would normally come in contact with our home. We haven't had any ant problems in years which is great too! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a stellar service at a very affordable price.

We wanted to leave a note of thanks for our service on Saturday, October 22, 2016. Jacob is always very patient and thorough. On Saturday, he tried calling us but was unable to reach us. He came out to the house anyway, and when he finally reached us - we were still 15 minutes from home. We had a lot of issues trying to get him in the house and our phone was barely working.

We finally resolved the issue, but it took a lot of patience on his part while we worked everything out. Even after having taken a lot of his time, he still took time to explain everything and make sure we didn't have any other issues. I always know that when Jacob is our technician that I have someone in my home I can trust, and that's very important to us.

He is a very big part of why we maintain our service with Triangle Pest Control, and we just wanted to take the time to commend him. His flexibility with us ensured that we still got to keep our appointment even though we had forgotten. Thank you Victor Benitez Gastonia, NC

UPDATE-I received a phone call this morning from the manager as a direct result from my review. He apologized and was very sincere about his concern for my satisfaction with the process of setting up the service as well as its effective quality. I was definitely impressed that management took the time to address my concerns. He was not tacky and did not ask me to change my review.

He also offered an additional service to what I already paid for in order to please me. This was unexpected on my part and have never had an experience like this before. Obviously this company cares about pleasing their customers. I will update my review and give a full 5 if the barrier spray is effective. Just set up my first apt for a mosquito barrier spray. Awful customer service. Crossing fingers the spray is effective and that I don't have to deal with them ever again after that.

I noticed fleas in my house after my foster kittens were adopted. I bought some flea bombs and tried to get rid of them myself but, unfortunately, they came back. When I called TPC, they were very friendly and scheduled someone to come out the next day. Ryan was my technician and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the service and what I would need to do to ensure the fleas did not come back, and then immediately got to work. So far, the place is flea free!

I had an excellent customer experience with Triangle Pest Control in Apex, NC. Their services, prices and specials were easy to find in the website. After filling quick online request, they contacted me immediately. I did some comparison shopping and they were also better priced than Orkin, and Terminix wanted permission to telemarket to even submit a quote request online.

We scheduled the service to treat roaches, spiders, ants etc. for the next day. The service guy was awesome, and explained what to expect and how to keep the bugs away. I'd definitely recommend them, especially since they're local.

We have had a great experience so far with Triangle Pest Control. We purchased a house recently and have Triangle perform an annual termite inspection. The office staff is friendly and can provide detailed information that I would expect only a technician would be able to answer. Technicians are right on time for appointments or contact you if they will be even a few minutes early or late. Technicians have also been very informative and spend time explaining the process. Our most recent technician explained everything to my wife, who was home at the time, then also called to explain to me, as well. Very happy with everything so far.

My HOA selected them for our termite protection, but when I got termites, I found out their warranty doesn't cover damages, just more treatment (which didn't stop me from getting termites in the first place). I'm sure they're nice people, but termite protection that doesn't cover damages seems worthless to me.

We have used Triangle Pest Control (Holly Springs) for 3+ years, with a quarterly maintenance schedule and termite prevention. We have been very pleased with our service. The service technician is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and arrives on time as scheduled. We haven't had any problems with seeing bugs and spiders in the house since using their services.

We are always welcomed to give them a call any time for any problems that may arise between the quarterly visits, but haven't needed to do so. I would recommend this company to take care of your pest control needs.

I live in Apex and I have the basic pest control service agreement with Triangle Pest Control. I'm extremely pleased with their quality of service, their technicians, and their eagerness to schedule an appointment for a specific time and date. I've been a customer for 18 months now, and my house is pest free and my yard has minimal seasonal bugs. If there's ever an outbreak of pests in between my quarterly service, they come back and treat it for free, as part of the service agreement.

Our technician, Ryan, is always punctual and very pleasant. He offers me tips each time he is here on how to avoid certain types of bugs. It's nice to be able to count on a pest control company who stands behind their promises. I also enjoy the convenience of being able to schedule our service at a particular time and day.
