We have been with US Pest for about 2 1/2 years now. Kyle was the one who git us signed up. He was Amazing. Now Austin is our new rep and he is Awesome. Always super polite, kind, always on time and does a very good job. Can't wait to start enjoying our summer nights out in our backyard without getting chewed up with mosquitoes. On January 20, I spoke with your GM of the Nashville location regarding a cancellation of service bill I received in the amount of $177.00. I must say that this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to escalate a matter to the BBB. I did ask the GM to speak to someone else but he persisted that there was no one else. I did, in fact, cancel my service for reasons outlined below.

As your terms and conditions state, "cancellation fee for reasons uncontrollable by U.S. Pest will be half of the remaining length of the 12 month agreement". The multiple causes for my cancellation were very much controllable by U.S. Pest. We purchased termite treatment for $999.00. We were billed on June 1, though the services had not been rendered.

Phone records indicated 7 phones calls from June 15-July 16 trying to get someone from the company to actually complete the termite treatment. No one should be charged nearly $1,000.00 before services are rendered or have to make multiple calls for the service to be completed. Between July and October 2021, phone records indicate I made ten phone calls to dispute charges for services that were never rendered.

Time and time again, my serviceman, Bryan, and his manager, Jeremy, reassured me that they would correct it. To date, I still have not received a refund for two charges for services never rendered. Upon contacted Jeremy to cancel my services, he assured me that he wanted to "make it right" and have my final service performed. He did send someone out to perform the service to which they had already charged me, then charged me again.

In addition to the fraudulent billing, I had multiple interactions with my assigned serviceman referencing sexual orientation. These interactions with both unprofessional and uncomfortable. I have emailed President, Erica Brister, regarding my concerns. I have not received a response.

Sometimes waiting all day for a tech that never showed, and then being billed for a service that never occurred! They can't keep any help, it seems every time a tech might show up, it was a different individual. Just a terrible, terrible experience! Services: Ants, Bed bugs

Hired them for a carpenter bee problem. They reported 1 treatment should last 1 year. It didn't work at all and we continue to have carpenter bees actively burrowing in our deck. They said they can treat for free a second time if needed. After several calls over past month and leaving messages with their call center, still haven't gotten a call back.

We love our service tech, Pablo. He does a great job and is an excellent communicator. Couldn't ask for a better tech! We have been with US Pest for over three years and have been very pleased with their services and price point.

The young lady Britney was very sweet and on time. She called before her visit to let me know when she would arrive. The reason for the 3stars is I was told I'd receive my bill by email and then given an opportunity to pay my account by credit, debit, or check. I never received an email and the credit card on file was charged without receiving a bill and at us pest liberty. I canceled my service because I lied too and was billed without my authorization or knowledge

This is a terrible company. They billed me several times before they even finished the job. They cut my patio table and said they would replace it but they didnt. They charged me for 3 quarterly services in 4 months. They did a terrible job with the quarterly service. There were still huge spider webs everywhere. I told them I wanted to cancel the service and they still keep coming back. The good reviews must be fake.

! WARNING! US Pest Supply Sells Outdated Products - Lies About Products! WARNING! Apart from being rude to customers, this greedy, unethical company sells outdated products beginning with Advion Roach Bait Killer which they sell individually from the 4-tubed package, which violates terms of agreement with Advion. I bought bait poison for my house and garage after I talked to a snobbish rep who insisted that the product was "fresh" and released in 2020, as is also stated on their site.

When I opened the package I found to my shock that the product was actually manufactured in 2014 - six years ago! The substance that oozed out was liquid. It wasn't in gel form like it's supposed to be. When i challenged this in a phone call, a rep became highly disrespectful, blamed it all on me and hung up the phone abruptly. My neighbor also purchased pest poison to get rid of pests in his house.

He used it hoping it would work to eliminate his pest problem. Lo and behold however, he too noticed that the product was way past its manufactured date. As such, he has lodged a complaint at this company with the BBB regarding its dishonest business practices. Special Note - Don't believe the positive reviews here. They're actually published by employees of the company.

Just look at its poor customer review ratings. Proof is in the pudding. Do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere. They don't care about the consumer as they post false advertisement to get your money. It's all about the money not the product or the customer. Don't be a victim to these greedy idiots that will take your money and run!

Can understand why rating is heading down. Had US Pest do termite treatment and borax mold treatment over 10 years ago. Lifetime treatment. Every year after they said I needed mold treatment. I said that was strange since you had already treated mold lifetime. After third year I called the then president of USP who personally came and inspected and that stopped.

The next several years at each inspection USP said I needed to install automatic vents. Two years ago I did that myself at 1/10 the cost USP wanted. US Pest now under NEW management NOW this year they gave a quote for over $5k for encapsulation for mold and wetness, booster treat for termites and booster treat for mold. Got a quote from USS, who after inspection said I did not need anything but to relay plastic sheeting.

They could do encapsulation of I wanted to for $10k but do it right, not as USP proposed. BUT I did not need it. Great guy from USS. Highly recommend THEM! Recommended another pest company to lay plastic and properly treat the mold the small issue I have. As soon as I replace the plastic I will be switching pest services. I DO NOT recommend U S Pest.

First off I want to give recognition to Pablo, he's been my Bug guy for 2 years and I have to say he's the most reliable, professional, kind, on time, friendly and funny Bug Guy. He is always working around my schedule, even last minute requests. He always makes sure those "little buggers" are gone. I can even text him if I need anything after my service if I notice anything.

He's definitely a great asset to US Pest! I hope he gets something for being a great employee because he deserves it! Thank you US Pest for hiring Pablo! And Thank you for using safe products that can be around my kids and dogs that is a big plus also!

Had real confidence in this company, but last several years their service has declined dramatically. I have an annual termite inspection contract with US Pest. In the beginning they would call to set a time for the annual inspection to make sure someone was home. The inspector arrived pretty much on time and explain the results with you. Now they don't call, they just show up, supposedly inspect & leave a minimal report.

I looked back several years on my video surveillance tapes & found that time onsite doing the so-called inspection had dwindled significantly. The last inspection of my crawl space was less than 2 minutes, thorough job I'm sure, with a report that says "no activity found". Must have been the inspectors report on himself. Look elsewhere for termite & pest inspection.

To whom it may concern: The driver of truck 356 in Franklin Feb.20. You can toss your cigarette butts in your own trash can or front lawn, but please stop using the Edwin Warner Park parking lot for your smoke breaks if you're going to toss them out your window. Personally, if i was your boss, I'd assign you to roadside cleanup program as a punishment in lieu of losing your job.

In the entire lot, the only cigarette butts that existed were yours. CONGRATULATIONS. I find it fantastically interesting that most smokers will curate and amass a collection of nasty cigarette butts in their own trays at home, but refuse to keep them in their vehicle until they get home, yet will nearly trash their car with fast food garbage and such If its so disgusting that you can't put them in your cars garbage, why not just quit. seriously.

Piss poor management. This place is very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management there is so egregious on how they treat customers as well as employees. They only care about money not there customers.

Daniel is the best! He is knowledgeable and has excellent customer services skills. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. That goes a long way in today's world. He's polite, prompt and thorough. There was a mix up with the company scheduling my yearly carpenter bee treatment so I called Daniel to see if he could help. He took care of it immediately. He is a great asset to his company!

This company is not what it used to be. I have used US Pest for years. Lately though their turnover rate is ridiculous and their customer service is sub par. Often times the technicians would show up with their equipment not properly working. I have had technicians complain about working for the company. I've been told the same thing over and over again and nothing changes. The search begins for a new pest control company!

Cannot recommend US Pest. Technician was late for scheduled appointment, blamed it on office scheduling. Technician did not go into basement and missed areas we had asked him to treat. I called back to inform office about the problems we experienced and they offered no remedies other than to say they could send tech out again a week later. Needless to say, there are numerous pest control companies in Nashville. We will not be using US Pest ever again. Do Not Recommend using US Pest.

Well, I paid the bill just because that seemed easier than fighting it. And then they sent the paid bill to collections. They sent a paid bill to collections. I called them and asked why in the world they would do that and they claimed that the bill was never paid. This has got to be the shadiest company I've ever dealt with. At this point I've got a copy of my statement showing I paid the bill and I'm done with phone calls.

I guess I'll have to document everything in emails so that I have a record. I wish I had the time/money/ability to sue these frauds. So the long and short of it is, if you contact them they will bill you for services never performed, make it nearly impossible to cancel, take your money, then send the bill to collections.

I would not recommend using this company unless you are present when they come to perform the service. I used them for both quarterly pest control as well as to get rid of termites. The quarterly service price seemed reasonable, but the termite service cost a king's ransom and the material they used to plug all of the holes they drilled in my concrete is very unsightly.

The main problem that I had with this company which caused me to cancel my service was that they would bill for services that they never performed. Our tech thought that he was being slick and would just assume that since my car was not in the driveway, no one was home. He would drive up, hang an invoice on the door and then drive off. Little did he know that my wife was at home watching him from inside the house.

I wound up calling the main office and they sent someone else out to perform the service, but when it came time again for our quarterly visit, our regular tech pulled the same trick again. After that, I cancelled my service and went with a different outfit. The fact that the guy did it a second time tells me that they either condone this practice or just have a few really bad techs in their employ.

What a relief to finally find a quality pest control service in Nashville. After months of research and false promises I knew I had to give US pest a shot. They were very quick to get out to my house to assess my insect situation. Brandon came out and looked my house over, told me exactly what I needed, and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty throughout the entire process. US Pest has my business for life.

Very upset with how this company communicates with their customers. We had a pest problem in August that STILL isn't resolved. 10 months we've been patient with them. And in that 10 months, they fired our technician (who messed up our treatment in the first place) without telling us, tried putting "band-aids" on his mistake without treating again, and suspended our account when we've been paying the monthly fee without as much as an email/call to let us know. But they sure will email me every month for their bill. Horrible customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They price gouge you with your initial spraying but then trying to get your quarterly service scheduled is a joke! Have tried numerous times to call the manager in Nashville to question their policy but have been told the last two months he is in the Bahamas, really?!?!?

The best.hands down! Natural choices for pest control. Incredible employees who care about their customers. We called our guy Terry at 7:30 at night with a snake in our garage and by God if he didn't come out and capture it. Highly recommend them.

I have had poor service from this company, and they're not cheap. I've been billed for services that weren't provided. I've had service reps show up at my door unannounced first thing in the morning, or bill me for treatments when I wasn't even present to let them into the house. I've been told by a supervisor that charges for non-provided services would be refunded when they weren't.

And I've experienced high turnover in service reps assigned to my property, often with the comment made to me by someone else at the company that the previous rep was unsatisfactory. If the company views them as unsatisfactory, how am I, a customer shelling out $40 per month, supposed to feel about them? I will never use them again. Caveat emptor.

They are "Obsessed" with Customer Service. As long as your day isn't Friday. Because EVERYONES day is Friday. If you want Friday, they will make some vague promise about following up with you at a later time about seeing about maybe scheduling Fridays, but then they will randomly come like a thief in the night on other days, inspect outside your house for the bugs inside your house and leave a bill on your door.

Our Exterminator, the one time I met him, was friendly and eager to exterminate all the vermin from my home, until I picked Friday. Bottom Line: as long as you don't pick Friday, you'll be fine. Unless your a bug. If you are a bug, Friday is definitely your day.
