University Termite & PES T Control

I needed to lower my rating. I will still use University as they are a fine company. I still recommend them, but I suggest you speak to each tech when they come out for the "job." I will still use them for all my services. Very friendly employees too. However I have had a couple of issues with both the rising prices (nothing I have control over of course).

And the results of the weed spray where some plants (2 arbovita, and a vine, and a couple of cactus) have died after a spray, and where some weeds sprung up right after a spray; (So i needed to hire a yard man to fix the green growing weeds.) I am happy to be getting a new weed spray tech and I will speak to him before he sprays, as per Ana. I had no spraying issues for about 20 years, but over the last 2 years I have.

A mouse removal over three visits cost me 260 dollars, and only 3 mice were caught. I have now taken the matter into my own hands as I still have a couple of mice, in the same locations. Too expensive for the results to suit me. Termite warranty is working fine. I have also had other services. I have used University since about 1990 ish. Louise Sullivan

Excellent professional services. I've lived in Tucson over 30 years and I wish I had used University in the first place! The technician provided the most thorough treatment on my property I've ever received and even charged less than the overpriced companies that advertise on TV. Instead of sales tactics, they let their excellent service do the talking. So glad I gave them a try. From now on, they are my one and only pest control company!

These guys are awesome! They have done our pest control for several years and they helped us with a mice infestation a couple of years ago. They are professional and great at communicating with us on their monthly visits.

GIl comes to my house in Sierra Vista every other month to spray for both pests and weeds. He is courteous, knowledgeable and always on time. We are especially happy with the weed service. Normally we spend days if not weeks pulling weeds to get ready for parties etc in our backyard. In the year since we started using University to control our weeds I have not had to pick a single weed. I highly recommend their services!

The owner of University Termite & Pest Control called me and was very nice. He did not know what happened with the telephone service but said he would check into it. He was not aware of the problem with their website but was going to have his tech look into it. All and all it worked out fine. Thank you.

We have used them for 2 servicing. The pest control guy is a bit strange. I don't like that they use bait boxes and they assured us that they were safe, but one of the rats died in our yard where our dog could get to it. Luckily it did not, but the poison could transfer to wild life and to our dogs.

We had an emergency situation and University Termite & Pest Control was there to help. Our field expert, Stephan followed up so that we don't have the situation again. We're so grateful for the professionalism he showed us, our home and our dog!

Stephan was very professional and prompt. Whenever we have an issue he is easy to get a hold of and comes out quickly. I love all the interesting blogs on their website and the new design looks amazing. So easy to navigate to find the information I need.

We have been using University Termite and Pest Control for 3 years, we had termites and pay a yearly fee for that service. Anytime we call they come out and take care of our house. Now we have developed a new rodent problem! We called and they sent Brad out the same day. Brad was very nice and knowledgeable about the problem we were having. He told us all of our options and we figured out a solution that best fit our needs. My mind is definitely more at ease now that we have a plan and UTPC are taking care of us. Thank you Brad and UTPC for going above and beyond! We highly recommend!

After many months of service. The people at "UNIVERSITY PEST CONTROL". Not only were not doing a good job.but also failed to show up or call back when they said they would! After I read on my rodent problem and told them what I learned on the net. They said, oh, good idea., but, I still did not see them. I realized, if I had to tell them how to do their job, I really didn't need them. Obviously, They didn't need my business. II WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."UNIVERSITY PEST CONTROL" to anyone.!
