Wil-Kil Pest Control was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1924. Wil-Kil's founder, and original owner, was Henry Turrie. We have multiple contracts with this company for our apartments. The contracts state a technician will be out twice a month. YEAH RIGHT! Every time they switched or lost technicians, we would have to call to find out when we would be serviced. They show up unannounced, and have to come back (we are required to give 12-hour notice to tenants). They have not taken care of the problems at hand.

The technicians are rude and unreliable. When we had to call to figure out when they were coming out to service PER OUR CONTRACT, we were told we are not worth their time for the money! Generally contracts should be renewed and handled professionally. Not by a rude kid, who has no professionalism. We are taking our business elsewhere. To give credit, the K-9 bedbug team is amazing.

AMAZING! What else can I say. They promised a certain result and they have done nothing except exceed every expectation. Not to mention they are incredibly friendly. Carlos and Jared have been wonderful to work with. I will never use anyone any provider besides Wil-Kil. Service: Rodent extermination

On time, tech came out within days of first contact with the company. There was full communication before, during, after. Tech was very good and knew immediately what the issue was. Service: General pest inspection

Been using this company for a couple years now. I've only seen a tech once this year. They haven't been servicing my property because we have had more bugs and mice then we used to. When I called to settle my bill and cancel, the customer service rep didn't care. Just asked why but never apologized for not servicing my property or anything. I have called for special service in the past and the last time no one showed. Just beware before you sign anything with them. Not sure if they are under new management or what is going on!

I called the local number for wil-kil on Tuesday, November 23, only to be routed to their Sun Prairie office. I was told that my message would be sent to the manager for the Menomonee Falls location, who would then pass it to a tech, who would call me. After waiting over a week with no call, I called another company and signed up for service with them instead. (Still no call, btw.) I suppose they don't need the business.

We always get a reply back either by email or phone call. Very professional, prompt and on time. They also give a report with details of things that need repair which is very useful when dealing with rodents. Also very friendly staff. We have used them several times and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100% Services: Residential, Inspection, Hornets or wasps, Cockroaches, Rodents, Bed bugs, Spiders, Ants

Everybody is friendly but useless. Communication is horrible, customer service acts like they don't know the products that they sale. I've called multiple times for a follow up service and all I keep getting told is the technician will call me back. That's been a week ago. This is the second time I've requested this service, it took close to two weeks before the first request was understood, communicated properly through their channels, and then finally granted. If I knew then what I know now I would have went with somebody else.

Carlos is awesome! Very friendly, explains everything very thoroughly, follows through on what he says he will do, and then goes over the service one more time after it has been completed. I would recommend him to anybody! Service: Hornets or wasps

We've used Wil-kil for several years. NOW we are very happy with the results of our current technician. Carlos (current tech.)has worked very hard to get all our issues under control if not resolved. He gets a 5 rating every time. The technician makes the difference. Overall the company would get a 3.5, there were some issues with billing at one time but that involved other technicians too.

So I just want Wil-kil to know Carlos is the reason we still use their company. I would recommend Wil-kil to family and friends if they are in need of pest control. But they need to check out the tech. THANK YOU CARLOS

My wife had been stung by bees 4 times (bad month for her) before I located the nest. I called 2 other exterminators and were quoted lead times of 3 to 4 weeks. Wil-Kil scheduled and showed up within a week. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the level of service provided by the team that arrived as scheduled. They not only sprayed for the bees but after I told them that the step where the nest was located was removable (accidental omission on my part), they removed the step and sprayed again. When they left, the nest went with them. Great job! I will recommend Wil-Kil anytime.

The communication with our technician Carlos who comes out to our house to put the pesticides down is amazing. He is willing to go above and beyond for us. The price for application for every 3 months is very reasonable. Services: Rodents, Spiders

I called and talked to receptionist Thursday morning and she seemed willing to help me, told me she would send all my information over to a specialist and he might need to come and take a look his name was joe and he would call me by the afternoon. Well, I still have the wasps and no call from joe and it's Friday afternoon.

Ok so this is gross but I moved into a duplex. come to find two months later it has bed bugs. Other side worse than this side. Apartment management would not schedule until both residences were clean as "though expecting company". Then we were scheduled for heat treatment two weeks later. Guys arrive at 615 am; one for each residence. Myself and my three kids flee to the local YMCA to bathe and put on freshly laundered clothing - just to be sure we weren't carrying any with us.

Mind you no one has been bitten outside of their bedrooms. I stopped back at 9 because I was worried about laundry sitting in basement (who can catch up with laundry as a single parent of 3, working and going to school). The technician said it was clean enough. That he only found 1 bug in the master bedroom and a "handful" in the second bedroom. No mention of any other rooms. He's sitting in his truck while the heat treatment is processing.

I look at the duplex; I see my neighbors window treatments flailing about in the fan breeze while my window treatments are rather sedately still. Anyways I return at 2pm and find the unit vacated as of 1pm. It's warm but not overly. Thermostat says 80. I touch walls- they're kind of warm but nothing like a wall in the summer sunshine. I touch wood cabinetry and the leather couch.

Cool to touch. There's a random fly or two roaming between the kitchen and living room. In the master bedroom my sheets have been removed from the bed. So I put on the new encasements on my box springs and mattress. I sweep around the bed and vacuum up the lint debris between the bed and the wall. My walls are lukewarm as is my bed. My window treatments are intact; even the secondary top pieces that don't have the second rod available so we just draped over the primary rod and curtain.

I check my daughters room. 2 oil pastels that were missed are on the floor intact. I find her little hidden stash of mini chocolate bites in wrappers in a container sitting on her bookcase. I touch one as they still have their little square shape. Soft for sure but not exactly melted as I would expect but hey, I'm not a candy maker. Anyways it's been a long three weeks with little sleep so I lay down on my bed and rest for two hours.

I wake up and see a bed bug TRUCKING across the mattress encasement towards me. I'm freaked out! Sadly to say, I don't think the wall between the duplexes was heated up a to 120 degrees. At this point I'm very disappointed. I don't want to lie down and be a bug buffet. So two stars now. hopefully a much better resolution and fast.

This is a service in progress so will rerate it later but one thing for sure is the girl (technician) had an attitude from the jump so I hope you don't get stuck with her if you go with this company

Have to give Christine from Wil-Kil a shoutout! She came to do an inspection for an issue with mice coming into my home. She did the most efficient inspection and found where they were coming in both on the outside and the inside. I had two other companies come out and no one could find the issue. Christine found the problems right way. I can't say enough about her. Not only did she keep in great contact with me, but she also provided a comprehensive report. I would give her a 6 if I could!

We had a small ant (literally small ants) problem and we could not figure out where they were coming from. I purchased the over the counter granule stuff but it did not work. So we call these guys and they treated our entire home. Not only did they get rid of the ants, they got rid of the hornets, spiders and other creepy things. So far so good

I love Wil-Kil. They helped me greatly when I was dealing with bed bugs a few years ago. I think about them often and recommend them constantly for people dealing with pests of any kind. They came to Chicago and they also helped take care of my family up in Wausau dealing with a potential bed bug situation. They are kind, understanding, and know their stuff! Called this location numerous times, and they said someone would call me back to set up a time to come out. It's been 4 days and still no reply. Even though they said they usually come out within a day or two.

Could not have been happier with the service that we received from Wil-Kil. We had a chipmunk in our basement (wife originally thought mouse). We called, and they were out to our house in under an hour. The chipmunk was trapped and disposed of within 10 minutes of them being here. The customer service that we received from them was amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and understanding of us not wanting to deal with the pests!
