Since Woodland is built on top of the hellmouth and satan's minions, or as most call them cockroaches, come out all the time to do his work. it's nice to have someone like Woodland-Davis pest control to keep them away from my place. *Super COVID safe and aware. The tech has always arrived masked up and willing to communicate by phone or at a safe distance.* These folks are the best at what they do. I first started working with them a few years ago when termites started swarming out from under my dishwasher (I know, right?!?!). They came out the same day and treated the immediate area as well as the entire perimeter of the house.

Since then, they've come out to do a bi-monthly treatment to keep the cockroaches on the outside. The tech is friendly, professional, and works quickly. He's also been happy to treat temporary sheds and other structures that have come and gone over the years. When the weather heats up and we get into heavy duty cockroach season, they've also been happy to schedule extra visits at no extra cost.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with. I highly recommend them for your pest control needs.

Hi everyone back again, Roger retired and we got a new person, Aldo. Aldo, was super nice he waited for me and my husband to come out to introduce himself, which we super appreciated. He was wearing a mask and following COVID protocol. He let us know Roger retired and he would be taking care of us form here on out. He asked if we had any specific pest issues, so we filled him in on our past issues and where we currently were.

He was super nice and offered to check those areas where we had issues before to make sure everything was ok. He also made sure to let us know once again that if anything comes up he was happy to come between the schedule visit. I must say even with the switch in personal the customer service has been great, this company is worth every penny!

They came out quickly to help us solve a flea issue and when we saw fleas again, they came out to spray for fleas a second time (as promised by their 60 day guarantee). So far we are satisfied.

They came out repeatedly for a pest problem at one of my rentals. They were always quick to get us in and super friendly. The customer service was great and each tech was friendly.

They responded promptly over the phone and in person. Within a couple of hours of calling I had a kind, sociable exterminator at my door ready to help with my pesky problem. I will say that for the amount of work/time they spent I would have expected a more reasonable price but was comforted by their quick response time and overlooked that fact when the bill came in the mail.

They do offer a guarantee of service for 30 days after work is completed which definitely came in handy when the problem resurfaced soon after. Be sure to get a price quote before any work is done.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I don't know who the lady is that answers the phone, but she is RUDE. First of all, I called and no one answered, I had to leave a message. I didn't get a return call for hours and hours. When I finally got the return call, the lady was just RUDE and not a good business person to deal with. I decided not to talk to her any more and went on my way.
