For the average person, a fire ant bite can be just a painful experience, but for some these can cause a bad allergic reaction. Fire Ants are subterranean insects not easy to spot until it is too late.
The structural pest control industry is regulated by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS), P.O. Box 12847, Austin, TX 78711-2847. TDA licenses the businesses, certified applicators technicians, and registers apprentices who perform structural pest control work.

We have been using Xtermitech for 5 years now for routine services, and they are absolutely wonderful. Always on time, so nice, and I love that Juan calls us when it's time for services because I would never get around to scheduling it if he didn't. Had a large ant bed where my foundation company needed to dig to put in a piling. Call Juan and he worked me into his schedule, killed the ants, found termites mixed in with ants, and took care of everything intime for foundation repair. I'll be having him back to check the termites again as the ground settles. He is very knowlegeable, was gentle with my property, and very reasonably priced.

My daughter has been a loyal customer of this company for 6 years and I inherited Juan's services (as I taking care of my daughter's rental house). What a pleasant surprise to have an employee of Juan's come service the house for the quarterly pest control. He was polite, professional, wore a mask and was very informative about pest control. Xtermitech was my go to business for pest control the past 10 years! Juan(the owner) was professional but caring of any pest concerns I had. I highly recommend Xtermitech as your pest control company. They've been a pleasure to work with and are very quick to respond, usually coming out within 2-3 days of a phone call. Since I signed up with them over a year ago, I haven't had any problems with ants in my yard or bugs coming into my home. I used to have ant piles pop up in my yard every other week. Danny usually comes to spray my house, and he's very professional and friendly.
We've also had Juan come to treat my house, and he's practically the definition of friendly. Both guys are very trustworthy and don't try to sell you treatment plans you don't need. They have very affordable prices. They are always willing to go above and beyond. They're very knowledgeable about the pests I've dealt with. And I love that I'm supporting a local, family-owned business.
