Yates Astro has flexible plans, flexible ways to pay, overall good service but more importantly they have Leonard. Leonard is responsive, professional, and helpful. I feel like he goes above and beyond to not only provide the regular service but extra if needed. He also makes himself available to ask questions and is knowledgeable about the technical parts of his job as well as the administrative side. Thank you Leonard & Yates Astro.

I called to set up service for my moms new residence. The receptionist was very friendly and transferred me to Ariel. Andrea (sorry cant remember her name) but she was very informative and gave clear pricing information and the services that would be provided at that price. When I hung up I felt like I was able to make an informed decision based on the information I was given.great job guys.

Yates did not schedule termite inspection with me. They showed up unannounced when I personally was not at home. I have no idea what they actually did. Service: Termite inspection

Friendly staff! We had a property that was vacated for about a year. The treatment they did was very effective. The technician identified the cause quickly, and we had dead bugs in 24 hrs., and lot of them too!. Treatment plans are reasonable. I will be using Yates Astro for all of my pest control needs.

Maintained my Termite bond for 15 years, now I have active termites and the fault is being placed on weather, and the financial burden on me. Unsatisfied Customer.

Have a huge sign on my door that says no soliciting, salesmen knocks anyways & states he wasn't soliciting just pest control. So I assumed it was through my leasing company that does pest control because he never stated the company name. Anyways fast forward I realized what happened so I call to cancel whatever it was he conned me into today & was hung up on & talked to like crap from the customer service woman. I'm 9mo pregnant and really didn't have the time or energy to raise my voice but definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I had tried to set up an appointment to get a termite inspection and start a termite preventative treatment for my new house. It took several calls to get there termite specialist to call me back since no one in the office could set up appointments. Finally after more than a week of calling, I was able to get a day for the inspection to be done. The inspection did not last very long and found it odd that the inspector didn't really look around outside.

He gave me a verbal quote, to which I asked for it to be in writing such as an email so that I could compare with another company's quote and discuss with my wife. After a week I had not received an email and began to contact the inspector to which he promised that he would send the quote. It never arrived. We decided to go with another company that was easy to set up an appointment and was able to give me a written quote the same day as the inspection.

All in all, I was made to feel that my business was not wanted with Yates, but the next company made me feel like they actually like what they do and wanted to take care of us.

I am very pleased with my service today! Johnny came out and explained everything that he did and why he did it. My four year old is afraid of strangers but especially men. Not only did he give her space but he also gave her a little termite stuffed animal which really put her at ease with him being there. Thank you again Johnny and Yates Astro!

Very good company. I called before time for my bimonthly spraying and they came out right away. The technician Mr. Bailey is great. He's very professional and friendly. Happy to have him as our personal technician. The spraying does the job at keeping my home free of insects.

Yates-Astro is wonderful. They always call 1st ask if there's any particular problem to address and come back if something ( bugs) happens in between visits. I do recommend them., highly.
