Yuma Pest & Termite Systems

Yuma pest came out on time the day after I called them, did the inspection of our home and found we had no problems, I decided to sign up for a treatment plan anyway and they were back out on time the next day to do the treatment and I'm confident that they will return every six months

I wouldn't recommend using this company. We had been using them for about 2 years and suddenly they became extremely unorganized & kept charging us the wrong amount every month. They would call, we would fix it- make sure we were on auto pay then the next month would come & it's the same revolving door. When we called to cancel they said they would waive the last charged fee (the wrong amount charged btw- again) & they just called me to collect the money they said they would waive! Good lord. Not worth the trouble. Will try Ram Pest or literally anywhere else.

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, listened to what I had to say. The agent we originally spoke with had mentioned they would set termite traps but none were left. I wasn't available when the tech was done and my husband forgot to ask about the traps.

We had insecticide treatment for scorpions as well as a termite inspection and treatment. Both techs were very professional and friendly. This company is just amazing. Been using them for quarterly spays to prevent ants/spiders for inside and outside treatment for the past few years. They recently found termite holes in several spots on back porch and in garage. The owner Amiliano is amazing, made sure I was taken care and unfortunately his team was booked out for a week with service jobs, so be personally scheduled off/blocked 2.5 hours his calendar to help with the issue. Great service, professional. I highly recommend Yuma pest!

All personnel I interacted with were very professional & courteous. From the time I made an appointment to have someone inspect the problem & give me an estimate, to the time the actual technician came out was surprisingly quick. Everything was explained to me (from what they would be doing & finances) & all my questions were answered. The technician was very thorough both inside & outside of my house & took the time to explain to me how both the treatment works & how the termites would react to it. I will gladly refer Yuma Pest to my family & friends & anyone else who might ask for a recommendation.

We used them on two occasions. The people who came out were nice and did an OK job. The problem i had was with billing. Both times for months after i had to fight them. They kept billing me after I canceled. They also billed my neighbors for my service and vise versa.

Wish I was able to complete with out giving it any stars. Yuma Pest removed a bee hive with out care of others around, full story in pictures. Unfortunately one of the three dogs passed away.

My mother-in-law recently sighted a mouse in her kitchen and not knowing what to do, she contacted Yuma Pest Control. They sent out a tech who, in my opinion, took advantage of her situation. He wrote up a contract for $250 a month plus he installed large black boxes for rats which he charged $25 per month to come and check. It was a small mouse that she saw.

All she needed were some mouse traps. We talked to management and they refused to rectify the situation. They have removed the large black rat boxes but they still want $250 as a charge for something that was never necessary. Needless to say, we are not happy with Yuma Pest Control.

I used Yuma Pest for several years and got mixed results. Some of their technicians were thorough, and some required my supervision to ensure that they did everything I asked them to do. At that time, there were less options in Yuma, and I just coped with it in order to keep my home pest-free. Things got worse during the final two years of my dealings with them.

They started showing up without an appointment, and there was the hassle of re-scheduling and adjusting my week around the day of their appointment. All the technicians, while pleasant, needed a constant watchful eye and I just got tired of it. If I called to complain about the work, they would offer to re-schedule another appointment for free, which was nice but inconvenient nevertheless.

I discontinued my contract with them. That was a couple of years ago, and I have not contracted with any other company. I think it will mean having new lines put in and an initial set-up fee. Meanwhile, I have not noticed any termites or any termite damage, and so I will probably avoid looking for another company for as long as possible.

As you can read in other reviews this company takes your money and does not do the work. I have termites and although they did an inspection A week go they now tell me they want more money. They claim to have visited the office but they do not. I paid for separate pest control and although they billed me they failed to show. I will be contacting the attorney generals office if enough people complain they will bring them up on charges

Horrible customer service from the ladies in the office with scheduling and billing. The service techs were always great and did a great job, so sorry this review has to be a 3 because of the office staff. Several times, I had to call because the tech came out without letting me know ahead of time, so I wasn't home to allow them in to spray inside.

One time, I was double charged and had to call twice to get that settled. Then we moved and called them to cancel the service. Four months later, they still went to the old house to do the service and sent an invoice. I called to tell them about the issue and then my card was charged shortly after. So another phone call. No apologies, no regrets from them whatsoever. So glad we're no longer their customer.

Latest update is that after Two calls over last few months to cancel service because of the sale of the home (2 months ago) I just got billed for recent service! Called again and was told it would be taken care of and the account would really be cancelled, we will see. Next calls will be to Yuma Co sheriff and BBB.

Yuma Pest techs are great. They know their stuff, can answer any of your questions, offer helpful suggestions, and often go out of their way to make sure you get a great service. However, . the front office staff at Yuma Pest can be very frustrating. Their appointment employees have changed dates of my appointment, set-up appointments I didn't know about, failed to tell techs I had cancelled an appointment or failed to send the tech with the equipment needed to complete the treatment. If you can get over the front office staff the techs themselves are awesome and do a great job!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! I prepaid one year One year They continued to go to my property the first time I told them no more was LAST August they went and sprayed again without permission in September I called them again and emailed stay off my property I do not want your service any longer. They went and sprayed again in December!

Seriously I called and emailed again no more. They said well the previous owner had a recurring plan. Ok well I have owned the home now almost two years and I said stop. They just called to schedule a spray tomorrow. Seriously I am fed up. It looks like I need to get an attorney involved to get them to leave my property alone.

So far, so good. Danny came and did a thorough inspection, explained the procedure to eliminate the problem and gave us the details about the contract. He was very professional and we feel like the problem will be taken care of.

Will not provide basic pricing to spray our home. Receptionist said they need to come and evaluate which sounded more like wanting to know exactly where I live to see how much they will charge depending on neighborhood I live in. Friends and family have warned me about doing business with them. They say the technician hardly shows up on time and they give you a two hour window so you have to wait around for someone till they show up. One of them spent a few thousand dollars to get their house treated for termites which didn't help much because there are more termite trails showing up on the walls.

I work with Victor at Yuma Pest alot. They are very thorough in their termite treatment. DID you know they even have a treatment to deter flys from your yard YES its incredible and WORKS. I was very happy with their service.
