Commercial side is great. But if you're going to use the residential side I'd strongly advise anyone to read up on all their instructions on how they're going to do the job and watch it very closely, reason being is their email of instructions and office staff says that they will inspect for ant homes, and install ant jel bait but no inspection was done and no bait was installed. It also says that he will spray the edge of your house and up to 10 feet out.
The inspector/exterminator only used a small little backpack Sprayed and shot a roughly 10 inch spray really fast along the outside siding and slab edge. It's just sad that we pay our hard earned money for a professional service. But in all actuality what is on the contract and what they claim was done is not really done. Plus the crazy part is I was right there watching. I could only imagine what is done or not done when home owners are not home.
Sorry to give this bad review but just hoping someone in the Bowman family corrects their quality of work and installs some pride in what you do for the people in our community that are paying for. So sad Mr Bowman.

Our technician Kaleo comes every month to my home to refill the bait in the mosquito containers on a day and time that is convenient for me. He is friendly, efficient and on time. I have 1 Acre of property and rented 2 of their containers. Kaleo placed them in the yard on 2 sides of my home about 20 feet away. It took a year to see results so I was skeptical, however 18 months later there are FINALLY no mosquitoes in or around my home. YAY! Now I have peace of mind knowing that I am helping keep my yard and those nearby free of these nasty blood sucking pests.

Reviewing for my great grandma and typing what she is saying to me verbatim: I highly recommend Bowman Termite. Living on Lanai your pest control options are very limited, so I am so pleased with the service Bowman Pest has given to me for the past few years. I've had pest control from a few different companies over the years and they all come from either Maui or Oahu with none based on Lanai. All the previous ones treat you like a number, but not Bowman.
Our first technician was Dane, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. What really got us that Bowman was a great choice was when I called because I had a rat swimming in my toilet, Dane came that day and removed it. So when he said he had to hand us off to another technician because he was overbooked we were apprehensive. Glad to say his Lanai partner, Alex, is really good too. Also, if I have any issues all I have to do is call Dane and he will come or he will relay it to Alex and one of them will take care of it pretty quickly since one of them are on island regularly. Top notch service.

The ants in our house were driving me crazy! Our service tech, Ansen, was great - he called before he arrived, and he listened while I described my situation. He was very friendly and informative as he worked through the inside and outside of the house. Ants that were alive in a candy dish were already gone before he left. I would definitely recommend, and use Bowman again.
