Termite Extermination
Our termite extermination services utilize eco-friendly Sentricon systems that eliminate colonies through bait stations. Technicians install monitoring stations that target worker termites, preventing molting and spreading the solution throughout colonies. This method permanently eradicates infestations while minimizing environmental impact compared to traditional pesticides.
General Pest Control
We provide comprehensive pest control for common household pests including roaches, ants, wasps, and rodents. Our licensed technicians implement integrated pest management strategies that combine preventative measures with targeted treatments. Services include regular maintenance programs and one-time treatments for specific infestations across residential and commercial properties.
Bed Bug Elimination
Our bed bug elimination services combine advanced detection methods with effective treatment protocols. Technicians use heat treatments and EPA-registered chemicals to eradicate infestations at all life stages. We also provide prevention education and follow-up inspections to ensure complete elimination and prevent reinfestation.
Sentricon System
The Sentricon system offers continuous termite protection through strategically placed bait stations. Our certified specialists monitor and maintain these stations, replacing bait as needed to ensure ongoing effectiveness. This method provides permanent colony elimination while allowing easy removal of components when no longer needed.
Bird Control
Our bird control services address nuisance bird populations through humane deterrent methods. We install physical barriers and use visual/audio deterrents to prevent roosting. Solutions are customized for both residential properties and commercial facilities experiencing bird-related issues.

I would not recommend this company. For $90 they were in my property 10 minutes and I wasn't advised in advance to clear our cabinets for the initial treatment. So therefore, I only got part of a treatment. After the fact, I was sent the guidelines for the initial spray. which states the premises should be vacated for 2 hours after spraying. The technician never told me this while he was there. When I tried to schedule to have the technician come back, I was told this: " If a cancellation opens up this week, we will contact you as soon as possible with little to no notice.
If you are not ready by the time the technician gets to your condo, he will not wait and will need to move onto his schedule." Little to no notice. Apparently Mokihana thinks that only their time is valuable.

The owner is born and raised here in HI. You won't find a more honest, knowledgeable pest control business than this family-run establishment.
