We used Riggins for moisture control of our crawl space due to his excellent reputation for moisture control, along with honesty and integrity. They were fantastic to work with which started with the office manager, Heather, who went out of her way to try to accommodate our schedule and was always so pleasant and friendly. Garrett and rest of the guys were amazing! We had some areas which were so low, Garrett had to belly crawl to dig the trench and place the corrugated tubing and rocks.
They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! They will be returning to do additional work on our drainage issue with our front yard! It has been raining all day today and sump pump is working great! Thanks Chris, Heather, Garrett and the rest of the gang!

Will is Amazing! My wife and I specifically ask for him every time. He is also who I request for my storage facility. He took the time to learn my allergies and specifically looks for those wasps at my property. Highly recommend to everyone! Will is the best! Services: General pest inspection, Spider extermination, Ant extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bee extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination

Mr. Riggins was referred to me by my realtor. I have heard positive things about him. However, the lady at his office was very unprofessional: I talked to her on Monday, December 7, 2020. She sent someone to my property to assess the situation. On Tuesday she told me that she was typing up an estimate. I asked her if she could email it to me. She said yes and I gave her my email address. No email from her Tuesday night nor today.
I called to follow up because the situation is urgent. She yelled at me and I hung up the phone. I took my business elsewhere. The new person started today and will finish the project by tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. Although Riggins has good reputation, but his office manager is unprofessional and needs to learn to treat customers with respect.
