If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service. Extremely expensive and in over a year, all they did was check traps and bait stations! You coujd do this yourself for much less! When nearing the end of my contract, they stopped responding to texts.

I just had catseye pest control patch up my house to prevent mice from entering. My complaint is the high price that I was charged. I was told they would spend an entire day and instead it was 3 hours work. Minimal materials were used and I paid about $600. an hour. I was definitely overcharged!

Contacted them about clearing out a squirrel nest under solar panels and putting up critter guards to prevent further nesting. They came out, wandered around for an hour, then said "it's not worth it". seriously? Then why take the time to come out and "quote for service" if you can't even do the job to begin with? Thanks for wasting my time.
