Pest Control

Our comprehensive pest control services address common infestations including ants, cockroaches, and spiders. Using Integrated Pest Management techniques, we prioritize environmental safety while implementing preventative measures tailored to residential and commercial properties. Our EPA-approved treatments ensure effective eradication with minimal chemical exposure for occupants and pets.

Termite Treatment

Specialized termite treatment programs protect properties from structural damage caused by wood-destroying insects. Our certified technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify infestation points, then implement targeted baiting systems and barrier treatments. Regular monitoring ensures long-term protection while maintaining compliance with state environmental regulations for chemical application.

Wildlife Control

Certified nuisance wildlife control services address bat colonies, raccoon infestations, and rodent invasions in New York State. Our humane trapping methods follow strict state guidelines for animal relocation. We implement exclusion techniques to prevent re-entry while repairing damage caused by nesting wildlife in attics, crawl spaces, and commercial properties.

Bed Bug Removal

Advanced bed bug removal protocols combine heat treatments with targeted pesticide applications. Our technicians perform detailed inspections of mattresses, furniture, and wall voids to eliminate all life stages. Follow-up visits ensure complete eradication while providing clients with preventative education to avoid future infestations in residential and hospitality environments.

Radon Testing

Professional radon testing services identify dangerous levels of this odorless radioactive gas in residential and commercial buildings. Using EPA-certified testing equipment, we conduct short-term and long-term assessments to determine mitigation needs. Results guide installation of venting systems that reduce radon concentrations to safe levels below EPA action thresholds.

I made the decision to go with The Bug Runner over 3 other companies- why? Simple- when I called I spoke to actual people, no automated choices, no long wait- also the ladies in the office remembered it was my sons birthday and made sure to get someone out to treat in ample time to clear the ants and check on things before the party. The techs that came out were wonderful, they explained what they were doing and took time to explain it to my 7 year old (he loves them), and lastly the technician told me that the owner of the company is out working with them and meeting the customers. This company feels like family, and they are trustworthy and reputable. I recommend them 1000 times over.

I am happy with the service this company provided. No more mice droppings! Doug has a really hard working crew. He gave me a detailed description of my problem and advised a plan to take care of it. Vince set the traps and checked on them timely, Josefine and Jessica were always responsive and courteous.

I was having an ant and bee issue. When I called the office they were so sweet and nice. I revived an estimate that day and service was done within a day or two. The tech I had, I believe his name was Marc, was so nice and informative. At 1st I was concerned because the ants increased but when I called the office to ask why, Jessica told me all the information I needed to know. They are so amazing
