Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Terrible company to deal with. My order was marked as shipped, 2 weeks later I find out it was on backorder. I canceled the order, they confirmed it was canceled, 5 days later I inquired about my refund, now they say it was shipped. Still haven't received it. Simply an awful experience.

I ordered a hose reel from this company that they said was in stock 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Its ridiculous and it doesn't make sense. Horrible customer service, they just keep making stupid excuses instead of being honest and solving the problem at this point its hurt my business and I feel they should compensate me in some way
