Services
Bed Bug Control
Our bed bug control uses heat treatments exceeding 120F to eliminate all life stages. We inspect infested areas, apply non-chemical heat solutions, and provide follow-up assessments. This method ensures complete eradication without damaging property, offering a safe alternative to traditional pesticides for homes and businesses.
Termite Treatment
We offer baiting systems and traditional liquid treatments for subterranean termites. Our process includes property inspections, customized treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring. By targeting termite colonies at their source, we prevent structural damage while minimizing environmental impact through targeted chemical applications.
Pest Exclusion Program
Our exclusion program identifies pest entry points using a comprehensive checklist. We seal gaps, repair damaged vents, and recommend habitat modifications like proper firewood storage. This proactive approach prevents infestations by eliminating food, water, and shelter sources for ants, rodents, and other common pests.
Seasonal Pest Management
We address seasonal pests like carpenter bees in spring, mosquitoes in summer, rodents in fall, and cockroaches in winter. Our treatments adapt to seasonal pest behaviors, focusing on prevention during peak activity periods. This includes targeted applications and structural inspections to maintain year-round protection against common regional pests.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service removes debris, ensures proper drainage, and checks for necessary repairs. We inspect downspouts, adjust gutter pitch, and perform simultaneous repairs when requested. This prevents water damage by maintaining optimal gutter function for residential and commercial properties in our service areas.
