Questions
What wildlife species do you handle?
We specialize in bat exclusions and rodent control for mice and rats. Our Nuisance Wildlife Permit GC109 also allows removal of other common Michigan pests.
When should bat exclusions occur?
Proper timing from August-October ensures safe removal. We avoid exclusions during June-July maternity season to prevent orphaning young bats.
Do you offer ongoing rodent prevention?
Yes, we provide 3-month and 6-month maintenance programs with monthly bait station checks for sustained rodent control.
Are chemicals used in treatments?
We use EPA-registered rodenticides as part of integrated pest management. Non-chemical exclusion methods prioritize long-term prevention over temporary solutions.
How quickly can service be scheduled?
We typically schedule inspections within 2 business days. Emergency situations receive priority scheduling based on technician availability.

Report
I had Animal Pro, Inc. spray my house for spiders and bugs in the spring. I then had small ants inside and Animal Pro came back out to spray for those at no charge. I also had some carpenter bees that were eating into the wood on my deck. They came back out again and took care of those for no charge. Joe is very responsive and I have and will continue to use Animal Pro in the future.

Cannot thank Joe enough who came to our office and rescued a Mama raccoon and her cub from our office dumpster. He was here in an instant and is a pleasure to work with. We could not give a higher recommendation.

Did a nice job for us checking out potential bat problem, and saved my wife from insanity dealing with ants in the kitchen. Although I have not shopped around, pricing seems pretty reasonable and service was great.

Excellent company with reasonable prices. Took care of yellow jackets and mice in our home. When asked to return there was no charge for an additional service call. Returns calls quickly and the 3 employees I have met have been great! Highly recommend their services.
