I had called Palouse Pest Control very worried about a possible bed bug situation at my apartment. I was calling late on a Friday and didn't think anyone would be able to come out until Monday. We currently moved into the area and had them do an inspection and look through the whole house for any issures. From start to finish I can say they pointed out some key things to look for when it came to carpenter ants which I appreciated. Highly recommned them to anyone to use! Paid these guys almost $400 to double our flea population then $30 at walmart to resolve it. They also sprayed externally for spiders and we've never seen more. I didn't think it was possible to do the opposite of your job, but they pulled it off. HORRIBLE results. Icing on the cake, they gave me a "how to prep" sheet that said "Expect them for another 3 weeks before results, even foggers and professionals say this" yet somehow i finished it myself in 2 days. 0/5 stars. Please save your money and just visit the pest control section at any store. Trust me, results will be better with DIY.

Fast and complete service. The owner Mr. Bowman, is open, honest and humble. We have had issues for years and the last few years we have asked for their assistance. They sprayed my house not the ground with chemicals several times. When asked to please NOT spray the house siding, the owner became argumentative, aggressive and very rude. Definitely horrible customer service. Looking for new company!

We hired Brad to take care of a spider problem in our ground floor apartment. Unfortunately 50 days later the spiders are still an issue. When my wife called about the continued problem, Brad mansplained to her how there was no way we still had spiders and that we were wrong. Mansplaining aside, we still have a spider problem and now need to hire another service provider. The warranty PEPC provided says that the service is guaranteed, which is inaccurate and misleading. Do not trust PEPC, as Brad will argue with your and tell you how you are wrong.

We are very pleased with their services. We've had them intevene 2 times in the past 2 years for different issues. The owner is very professional and very knowledgeable about all things bugs and the proper way to handle them. Efficient, prompt and curteous. Our problems were resolved.
